Morning from New Zealand 🥰 I've only just got notification & seems to be Replay. However extremely greatful for your messages & different perspectives. What you're explaining is so how my mind thinks at moment & now I flip to look at the positives from a not so happy/negative experience/situation & it truly helps my mind snap out of situation. I cancel clear delete what negative thoughts I have & send positive thoughts into the universe instead. I'm finding as I'm older I can see things alot clearer, responding with a more positive thoughts & energys that are no good for me I leave the situation 🥰 As I've released the old, I've received clarity & new appreciation for my life & how I live it 😊 It's my journey & I choose how to live, enjoy my life even more as I now recognise so much more as my heart & mind are open to hearing/feeling with my Guides & Angels as I've been doing alot of shadow work sorting out what no longer serves me. To stop looking back at to be in the present of right now 🙏🕊️💚🕯️🌏✨

Your practical tips to clear your energy at the beginning of the video, like taking a shower or exercising, are what I normally do. Music and dance help, too. Funny enough, I saw a video of wolves howling, and I felt their calls really cleared my spirit in a way! 😆🐺💖
