I used to play NCAA Football 2004. Recently I tried playing Madden and was horrified by how bad the animations were. They seem worse than they used to be. It's really disappointing.

Well said. It feels exactly like you are assisting the game play itself. I haven’t bought Madden since Madden 12 because it’s usually out of my control whether I win or lose.

Madden 13 and 25 tried but it had its flaws. That was my favorite thing about the game but everyone else hated it. Well at least on the 360

Yeah madden 13 was the new engine/next gen switch and is the exact moment madden became dogshit.

I thought I played a pretty good defensive game of (Madden) football today. Although of course the last play of the game ruins it for me since a Hail Mary pass bounced of 3 payers like 6 times as though it was a ping pong ball.. They haven't even gotten ball physics down yet. You can even throw a real fade away in the endzone....smh
