Natural sugar can actually prevent diabetes, blood sugar rising and dropping which can lead to weight gain and diabetes. So natural sugar is actually pretty healthy and just because it has the word sugar, an average person will come up with a conclusion that it is unhealthy, which is not. Stay safe out there everybody

@@limitlessmayzo9605 It's because of how honey is made. Bees literally throw up the honey into other bees that then do it several times until being stored. Making honey acidic. But not something that would make a difference in brief contact with metal. Its more in storage. If you store honey in a tin can, the acidic nature of honey can cause issues. You can store honey in stainless steel without issue tho. Most kictchen silverware is stainless steel, so there shouldn't be any chemical reaction. Its all science and can all be found online. But if your container of honey says not to use metal, like anything else; follow manufactures specifications and recommendations.
