The average full hourly cost of labor in the US is about $29. I know that looks high but there are a lot of hidden costs buried in the actual true cost of employing a human. When fully developed a Bot will be able to work multiple shifts 7 days a week if needed. Businesses will adopt Bots at an incredible rate because the economics matter.
After robots and AI take everyone's job and income who will be left buy the products they make?
Incredibly insightful, and as another poster pointed out the wait for recharge could be addressed with the battery swap. Thanks for sharing!
I think 10% of the market is ridiculously small. You were going to have one of the best robots on the planet being sold by one of the best companies on the planet, everybody’s gonna want one. I think Tesla is going to have a 60 or 70% of the market.
Yes. No other bot company has Tesla's proven execution, supply chains and mass-scaling ability.
Very interesting. Exciting times ahead.
Very insightful! Thankful for your research and videos!
Good information. LFG!
I agree with the skill set apps for different purposes , also I can see variants like a long range bot for commercial use.
Hi Haley...Keep'em coming ❤
🥰🥰🥰
Couldn’t agree more!
robots will be the new mexicans lmao
Mexicans are in. ☝🏽🌮
BUILD THAT WALL! BUILD THAT WALL! Oh wait they can just jump over it with their cybernetic enhanced legs....
@@archvaldor At least the government wont be using my people for slave labor and votes!

I think Tesla is going to have a 60 or 70% of the market. they will start by either leasing or renting them out. That’s where he’s going to make most of his money in the beginning.
Thanks Hayley, as I'm tickin' on a bit I can see Optimus also becoming a Carer & Companion for health care. When Optimus has a voice, access to patients medical records the sum of the World's medical knowledge = 24/7 care. I want a girl one thank you please 😃
Excellent insight. I'll be renting a bot to mow the lawn and do some weeding.
Tony Seba is very insightful here.. disruptive change. I’m buying 2 Optimus as soon as it’s available.
I will buy one either.
👍🏾
It’s all in the delivery…
💫🎬
I really enjoy listening to this well informed and well spoken English lass.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✌🏻
WD Hayley keep them coming. Tesla does have huge potential... It just needs to keep executing. The money is definitely in optimising Optimus!
if one robot learns a new ability, all robots learn that ability because unlike humans, they operate based on software. therefore, if tesla eventually produces a ridiculous amount of robots like 10 or 100 million per year, and with all the different tasks in different industries they would be going, does this mean that these robots could literally do anything there ever is to do? this is so amazing and terrifying
Robots are already here, the next gen staring at their mobile phones all day every day, zombies!!!
Regarding to Optimus: Recharging will likely take place once every 2-4 hours for 10-15min imo. Way more efficient to do it that way.
The FSD is quite similar to Optimus brain. But Optimus will be multi modal voice speech integration. LLM. Tesla is ahead with real world AI.
I have 100k In tesla stock avg at 183
Limitless labour = limitless global economy. More power needed. If only there was a company working on battery storage and transitioning the world to renewable energy. I'd buy that stock. 👀
I’m extremely bullish on your UA-cam channel. Great work!!
Thank you so much! ☺️
Great video Hayley its such an exciting time we live in, when I was growing up in the 70s the incredible advances in tech is amazing its sci fi i love the thought of the robot helping/changing the way we all live,
Thanks again for a fantastic insight in to the company we all love Tesla, I have quite a lot of Tesla shares and I add regularly, Very interested in how many shares in Tesla you have Hayley,
Thank you very much Chris! I sometimes worry about all the changes we are seeing in the world… everyone glued to social media etc etc but it’s also very interesting and exciting to see the innovation happening so fast
You’re the Cern Basher of the uk 😂great video love these numbers ! I Robot world here we come !
Haha what a compliment, he’s a very smart guy! I’m glad you enjoyed 🤖☺️
Hey Hayley!! Bots are going to be the future I absolutely agree. Plus I believe in time they will be in most homes! That’s just the future, and Tesla has such a jump on everyone else, just like robotaxi. Thanks for your timely updates keep up the great work!
Hayley I think you’ll have 25K subscribers by EOY
I’m pleased to be among some of the first …TSLA investor & to your channel
That would be cool! Thank you Matt, glad to have you here ☺️☺️
There is a world wide labor shortage right now. If they start in on Dangerous and Monotonous jobs, they won't be displacing many jobs at all.
The big goal is Capitalising Labor. A countries GDP is currently limited by Labor. With demographic decline and low birth rates in most countries, this means their total economic output is in decline (offset by efficiency increases). 10x your Labor Force by spending a bit of money and you 10x your economic output. Everbody wins.
Also potentially any small country can have the biggest army.
@MarkXHolland Not likely with Optimus. Tesla is likely to Lease at the beginning with those use cases locked out. Also, the Bot won't be able to do anything it's not trained to do, and Tesla will do all the training in house on their $5-6 Billion of AI training servers.
How much energy do you think Optimus will need?
I think Tesla has said it will be about 500+Watts depending on task (100 Watts for FSD Computer inside), but as time goes on that will increase with HW4 and HW5(AI5) computers, but so will Battery storage density (Probably 3 to 10kWh). But even if it needs to recharger 2-3 times a day (Maybe 10-15 min at a time) it still works 20+hours per day. A lot more than me.
Too optimistic of a projection IMHO. This is assuming flawless execution and being first to get it done right.
I’ve got a couple shares , I’m totally gonna retire early. 💥💉
Regarding the bots, as opposed to EV's, Tesla needs to charge a fee for upgrades. This will greatly expand their margins beyond the sale of the bot.
I live in America. Factory workers make much more than 7 per hour, in my city about 3 times that plus benefits. So let’s say 13-15 per hour. No benefits. We’re talking some serious $$&
I'm convinced that if Elon didn't buy twitter and started being more political, we would be close to ATH right now
If Elon hadn't bought Twitter there would be no major free-speech platform. None.
Optimus would look less intimidating if it had a mirror reflective face shield instead of that dark tinted one 👤.
I would just have my Tesla bot driving my cyber truck, even though it would be using fsd. Oh the possibilities.
I think the best way to sum these bots etc is your terms If..Could..
Maybe we should ask what if it doesn’t happen. If successful by 2029, that’s 5 years away!!
There’s so much potential in the figures and share price.
There’s no doubt bots will help in industry. Increase efficiency, reduce costs, increase profits.
How that will help in the home to any great degree.
You’ve done some good research there.
What are these fair value figures based on?
What makes Tesla better than its competition? What’s to stop the Chinese copying the technology (like everything else) and provide more cheaply.
Tesla or EV will try to manufacture where the cheapest cost is so it won’t necessary be in the US. That’s a positive for Tesla but also every other manufacturer.
Another point to highlight is if the EV is used more often it means the battery is being used more often. Its life will be reduced dramatically. You haven’t taken into account in battery replacement. An extra $20k to $30k. Will there be any value left in the car in only a few years?
How many will worth any value after only 100000 miles?
I like your bullish nature towards Tesla but understand there is so much potential in the price. These bots etc are pipe dreams ATM.
Even Cathy Wood said the value of the stock will be 80% less (than her target price) if automation isn’t successful.
Understand that sales does not equal profits.
If you sell 10% more of anything but have to drop the price by 20% to do that, then in effect margins and profits fall.
Competition will be the killer though. The Chinese can stimulate their economy by. $1T in an instant so for a huge market what would stop their manufacturers investing billions in technology to manufacture their own EV’s at a cheaper price to capture a substantial market share.
Americans like to buy Tesla’s as Chinese like to buy their own vehicles. The difference is the population is 4 times larger. The same numbers of the population is middle class as the whole of the US population. 330M.
Their mass market equals far greater sales and profits of their own cheaper EVs or more likely hybrids.
Tesla will have to innovate at a faster pace than others and it remains to be seen if they can do this.
Until they do ‘fair value’ is based on speculation, hope these technological breakthroughs will be successful on a huge scale.
The mag 7 is overdue for a correction and once sentiment changes, Tesla will be hit the hardest. There’s so much sentiment built into the share price that tech advancements that may never eventuate and even if they do, their market share will be a lot less than these figures suggest.
Tesla will need to have a lot of luck for the share price to rise to any great degree.
Optimus is huge, but there are competitors. FSD has an insurmountable data mote for competition. But if they create a AI ecosystem like apples computers, iPads, phones, and watch’s it could be explosive
I hope the bot will have a basic intelligence and ability to train itself . I see no need for apps
Yes, a "Gardening app" wouldn't really contain much extra to the challenges of moving around on uneven ground etc. That functionality needs to come in the box with the robot. Also, once a particular robot has been taught a skill ALL the robots know that skill. Would people get paid for teaching it and all revenue streams that arise from it? Doubtful. I'd guess that increased functionality should be added, like the EVs, through OTA updates.
Apps for cooking in a different style or a dish, By subscription or pay per use Want a pastry chef for the day $1. I want a dish from Georgian cuisine ( the country) $1.
Are you all-in on TSLA??
Nope! My largest positions are Tesla and Palantir
De lo unico que tengo miedo es que TESLA se divida en tres o mas empresas 🙌🏻
By the time bots become possible, China would make them one tenths of the price with 4 arms
There was a time when people were afraid of home computers. The belief was that if you keyed in something wrong, it would literally EXPLODE! And now we have little computers in our faces all...day...long!
vaporware
My wife's on her last legs, this looks like a great option.... the kids will probably think that's a bit harsh, but the world is changing fast and if you don't move with the times you become outpaced quickly.
Bots can work 24hrs a day. Just hot swap the battery.
Yes, given the vastly smaller battery when compared to an EV, they won't be supply constrained.
This was discussed. Hot swap the bot is more likely
Can be mains powered if mobility not needed.
It might not be necessary to rent out the bot for less than minimum wage because of some advantages the bot has to humans.
Optimus is great for shareholders. Terrible for employees. Don't know how to square this circle.
What will the unions say?
Bots building bots
Bots repairing bots
Add AI to it and it might be the end of us. I’m still buying Tesla though.
Praise elon hail down thou power
I have a feeling I am like you.. I would like to talk to lovely ladies like yourself and not a robot. 👍 Certain things just don’t have a price! Real human (not humanoid) relations are extremely important!! Check out the film ‘her’ and that will drive the point home on where AI needs to stop 🛑
This really might turn into a l-ROBOT scenario 😮
Sounds pretty absurd when you say it out loud that the U.S. federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour doesn’t it?
Very few workers in the US get paid federal minimum wage. Most states have a higher minimum than the Fed. And most companies pay even more than that. I hope that Tesla never sells any Bots. Only rent them out for an hourly wage. Maximizing income for Tesla, and big dividends for shareholders.
nope, should be lower
lmao minimum wage is NOT $7 booboo.. has not been in ages... most job pays $15 for entry level, which means the valuation and even more than your estimate
WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED ON UA-cam Hayley you were human and dividend stock minded, now your just Tesla and the other one, dont you do your original stuff anymore??
Stfu! Let’s not become herbert. Just focus on the progress and innovation vs pumping the stock.
