Вставка
- Опубліковано 17 січ 2025
- In this episode I'm riding 370 kilometers from Independencia to the capital of Bolivia: La Paz. More rain is predicted so I'm racing against to clock to get out of the mountains and to some paved road!
-

As a Bolivian I thank you for showing the warmth of our people and our beautiful landscapes. Thank u from the bottom of my heart from a Bolivian stuck in China 人类加油!
Miguel Alcides what a heck are you doing there? Saludos de un ermano brasileño trabajando en Chile.
I appreciate this view of Bolivia as well. It is so refreshing to get Noraly's perspective of South America. American MSM is horrible. All they show is the negative side of things. Hello from Trinidad and Tobago Miguel Alcides stuck in China. :-)
lucas sousa I was about to start my last semester of uni when this all happened. Now I have to stay inside the campus having classes online until this gets resolved. But don't worry. Here the problem is almost over. Stay safe and stay indoors. Saludos cara!
Good luck in coming back.
Miguel, I hope you are able make it home soon and wish you well. Your country looks beautiful .
It finally dorned on me, Norally singing in her helmet (as we all do)that she has created a world wide family by sharing this adventure. I love to read the comments, they are part of the experience of Itchy Boots. So many echo my thinking entirely so thank you to Norally and all the "family".
Itchy Boots has such excellent riding skills, nerves of steel, insatiable desire to see the beauty of nature and to see what's around the next curve. She will go into crowded cities when necessary but will escape back to nature as soon as possible. She is living her dreams.
Gary M I’ll second the nerves of steel. Every time I see her climbing a dirt pass road in the mountains, my gut flips. And I know it’s a lot steeper that GoPro makes it look and it’s still scary.
Yes kipe up your good work it's amazing for a Girl on a bike but I have seen in Israel also the little young Girl's with there Rifle on the shoulder and baggage in the Bus I was taking for the travel in Israel at this time.
And living OUR dreams!
The best video travelogue adventure ever. . . . I wish I was 40 years younger and could've done the same thing as you. . . be safe. . . you brighten up everyone's day.
I too wish I were 40 years younger. But I would ride a modern Ural Ranger.
Between the AWESOME drone footage and your dancing in transit, this video has officially brightened my life!
Riding with Noraly is a new adventure every time. From motoring unstoppably through mud, ruts and washouts, to breathtaking drone shots in the mountains, to cable cars and free range traffic in La Paz. All with that unshakeable good humour. Jiving on the bike to that great new music was a magical moment!!
When she said “My whole life”, I felt that.
My whole life is in my backpack. I walked away from a fixed life 12 or so years ago. Its very liberating not to be weighed down with the trappings of this life 😁🕊🦅
While the world goes to hell in a hand basket, here you are. You're always a ray of sunshine. My favorite channel. 💖🇺🇸🕊️😊🙏👁️👁️🌷🌺🐠🌞👏🥰 The Adventures of NORALY!
The most capable, thoughtful, and caring traveller on UA-cam by far, a real pleasure to sit on your shoulder....really hoping you don't get held up by this pesky virus.
Five hours to get to the paved road before the rain comes and Noraly is looking at the Lamas and asking if a fellow biker needs help... priceless. Wouldn’t the world be a better place if everyone had the same attitude 👍
I click the like button as soon as the video starts, cause I know that Nora will never let our expectations down ❤️❤️❤️
Me too. 😁
Always
I do as well! First because I know I'll enjoy the episode . Secondly, I don't want to forget to click the "thumbs up" at the end! It's really fun following Noraly. Love to see her rocking out & enjoying her music as well! 🎶🎧❤️
Ich auch. 😂
The girl that likes the dirt track was so happy to hit the pavement she was dancing on her bike.
What a trooper
So wahnsinnig schöne Aufnahmen. Wunderschöne Landschaft und wie immer ein tolles Video. Danke dafür. Danke für die viele Mühe und Arbeit die du in alles steckst. Bleib gesund und pass auf dich auf.
I love watching Noraly bopping to her music while riding through sensational scenery. Boom-tish, boom-tish!
Everyone in the world: corona virus...
Noraly: look at this road, look at this clouds, look how green is this, paved road yaay
i seriously need Noraly's cleaning positivity
Yousef... well said, I agree with you entirely !
cuhurun 🙏🏽🙏🏽
what else you can find in SA? an desperate attempt to make a boring vid sound interesting.
Beach Bird your phrase isn't understandable, can you explain please
Had I known years ago how beautiful Argentina, Chile and Bolivia are and that you can motorbike thru the countries I'd still be down there. Magnificent countryside. And I really wanted to walk that market in Indepencia. Thanks so much!
*trying to start his bike for a whole minute*
Itchy Boots: Do you need help?
His friends: Yes he needs it
😂 this part cracked me up
I don’t understand why he didn’t just clutch start, looked like he was going downhill!?
Looked to me like he did a little something-something on the handlebar. I think the kill switch was off. Been there even all these years later!
@@jerrym3261 Saw him glance at the grip and thought ouch that would really suck with a kick starter 😅
LG Olaf
Noraly is like a beautiful “comet-avatar” passing through our world, showing us all the wonder of it ALL
Another great ride. You looked like such a "Happy Bunny" when you got settled in on the paved road and enjoying your music AND life...thanks Noraly...
Itchy Boots:" llamas" llamas:" can we keep her" Dhanno:" paved"
You are such a great ambassador from the Netherlands, traveling the world, and showing so much character. You speak perfect English, when I first heard you talk I thought you were from California until I later detected a slight accent. Every time a new video appears, I first open up google maps so I can travel and also go on this journey. Thanks for letting us all travel along with you. :)
You could also take al look on www.itchyboots.com/, there is a map that shows the route she took.
@@iwk315, thanks!!
I rarely comment on UA-cam. And it took me watching the whole seasons 1 and 2 until here, until this episode was such an essence of this epic journey that I can't hold on me. Wow, this courage, empathy, attitude towards the world and its people! Wow, these landscapes!
I am a biker myself, and although I ride my 1982er MZ oldtimer only at local roads around Dresden, Germany, I remember these moments when road and landscape are so beautiful that one wants to scream loudly - or even do a little dance.
At the moment we are in the second lockdown here in Germany, and the longer we are allowed either to work or to be at home only, the more the desire grows to travel the world again. I know countries like Chile and Georgia, and I enjoy sights of well known landscapes in your videos.
Stay healthy, ride safe and may you once reunite with your Himalayan, Noraly.
9:15 Manuel was laughing, he thought, if his bike doesn't get started, Noraly will start it..... and suddenly his bike got started..!! It's a magic from Noraly... :-))
Thank you Noraly for letting us ride with you again! Spectacular scenery as usual! Stay safe and healthy! Love the channel!
Noraly, you are simply an amazing girl! You overcome so many difficulties, you inspire, give hope and show other people how vast and beautiful the world is! I am incredibly happy that I came across your channel, now I am your loyal subscriber😍🤩
That guy on the motorcycle his so in love with u ...he couldn't stop smiling 🙂
it is amazing to think how the Inca caved out a empire of of over 10 million people in so high a place with such vast mountains. What a place to live.
14:05 she already knew what music to put in her video before she even works on it. 🙌🤣
What a Bolivia!!! Such a fantastic country. Nice Cable Cars, Beautiful
landscapes via drone, amazing Lovely People, gorgeous view of LA PAZ... OVER ALL NICE N BEAUTIFUL DAY... THANKS NOOR
Never been more jealous of you, cruising down the paved road, music on and enjoying every minute of the journey, safe travels.
Very glad you posted. We need that. ❤
10:40 And that is why we love you. A fearless loving heart ❤
14:05 Hahahaaa .... what a girl 😄
She should make a playlist in her channel of what she hears during these trips. I would check that out.
@@matiastoro1667 I suggest the same thing
Noraly, you sure are one tough woman. im soo happy i can ride on your shoulder and dream away.
I fear not the corona virus. I think watching these videos is all the vaccine i need. Seeing the sceneries, the enthusiasm and that happy smile will keep me healthy :)
My kids laughed and laughed when they seen you jammin to your tunes while you rode. It was so funny.
best part indeed!
Lol I was too. That was a fun little clip xD :)
👍👍👍👍our great crazy rider
i enjoyed it too!
@@surajpalsinhmanek I do it too, beats singing in the shower.
Dancing Noraly, I love it. Have fun.
View is excellent. Baby lamas do look qute. Take care and thanks for keeping us updated on Instagram. Good to know that you are holed up in a nice and caring place. God bless you and your family back in Netherlands.
What a view, what a view.........
Thanks,Noraly!
Thanks, Dhanno!
Thanks, Bolivia! You are so beautiful!
We're all quarantined seeing the world through your Gopro. Thank you. You're an inspiration!
LOL Noraly getting her groove on......gonna have to call that the Dhanno Dance routine.
I had some tears in my eyes when you said that what you have with you is your whole life. You have seen so much of our little planet ... what a dream you become aware of again!
Tom ! Spot on. Last night, when I was pondering on this vlog, I also realised what a powerfull statement that was. I also think that Jorge and Manuel were inpressed. Don't we just love her ?! ..... ❤
How on earth someone dislikes this video, I guess they disliked it by accident. Noraly, you do make me feel like I need to go and explore the world ❤️❤️
I love the fact that each morning video you've started shows that you just had a very nice morning shower. I love morning showers. The colder the better. It freshens you up :)
Another masterpiece from Noraly. So refreshing and surreal to see you always bringing smile on peoples faces . I love to see you enjoying - being free like a bird - compared to people in Europe at the moment....
Go Noraly !!!!!
You are our F R E E D O M .....
This was an especially beautiful video. Llamas, stranded motocicletas, y todo. Noraly, you are refreshing and wonderful (from Florida).
The beauty of the red landscape takes my breath away! Very nice of you to stop to help someone else. You have my vote for 'nice person of the year'.
Nice ride 👍🏻😎
Wow! These views are absolutely stunning. Bolivia is now on my bucket list. Living in the mountains would be great. Thank you Noraly
Wow, another great travel log Noraly. What beautiful views. Loved the drone work again, that's always fun to watch. I don't know what was cuter, the baby llamas or you grooving to the music when on the highway to La Paz. La Paz is a very interesting city and the mod of transport via cable cars is very cool. hope we see some videos of that.
In 1958, my family moved to Cochabamba and although I was only five, I still have vivid memories of the beautiful country, the wonderful people and the delicious food. Your videos are bringing it all back. Stay safe, JC
How cool to see you dancing and enjoying the ride. Pretty complicated moments here in Chile with the virus, we are starting full quarantine so it's very nice to see the world throug your eyes. Please be safe Noraly!
Noraly "goes" the same way I do; "boop, boop, boop" and the hand wheelie! Maybe that's a universal rider thing.
Brilliant video Noraly thanks for sharing with us all. Scenery was beautiful.👍🇬🇧
3700 metres equals 12,139.11 feet elevation - exquisite footage and challenging muddy "roads" wow, kudos ♥
Yes, take us on a ride in a gondola!
Those llamas looked like tourists all lined up enjoying the view. Another great one Noraly!😂
Those two guys were really cool - and they lived up in those mountains. Tough hombres...
did you hear , "What things did you bring with you"?
Go go Noraly.you are the best.greetings from Slovenia. Bad Corona virus.Let Noraly alone. Best soundtrack you have Noraly.🇸🇮🇸🇮🇸🇮👍👍👍😉😉😉
In all the places in the world to be at this moment in time when humanity's sanity is being tested, I would love to be there in Bolivia with you Noraly. You are in the best place to ride this wave out, so take your time and stop and soak up those beautiful landscapes.
Peru's border closing just went Permanent. Our prayers are with you, Noraly. As you have so often found, things can happen for a reason. Perhaps you are meant to be where you are for a while. The villagers there are lucky to have you. God bless and keep you.
Recommendation to all Itchy Boots fans: Phone lock screen and background image Noraly sitting on Basanti and smiling right at you in front of beautiful balloons and sceneries in Cappadocia. Noraly, thank you for this beautiful picture!
Hi Itchy,I know how much you like off roading,But you seamed so happy to be on pavement,Bravo for all the great riding you do,You are my Hero,And so many people should look up to you,You are a champion!!
It was nice to see you jamming to the music. Nice ride, amazing people live that far out in the mountains. Glad to see the road was in good shape
How could anyone put a thumbs down on this girl. This is better than expected for one person to film ride and organize. Good for you girl x
It's amazing how many old school Toyota's that are down there ..great drone shots👍
Yes ! I am an importer of used cars from Japan ( 4year-old or less) in Trinidad, West Indies. I was identifying many of the models we imported in the years gone by. Too, in her earlier Bolivia videos, there were many older Nissans as well.
@@ramishrambarran3998 Hello I noticed quit a few Corolla and Camry wagons all from the 1990s I work at a Toyota dealership more years ago than I would like to admit lol and those cars were very few and in between that we came across them and when we did the mileage would be twiced clocked and still ran like a top.very dependable vehicles
@@marks2840 Those were the vehicles that made Toyota's reliability famous. Basic good engineering, simple reliable electrical systems (no fail-prone sensors and electronics), no oversquare high-revvers, and repairable by any side-of-the-road-mechanics. While the pre-90's gave in to rust, the 90's upward held out pretty well.
Thanks Noraly for giving me opporunity of seeing every corner of the world, which is practically not possible for me to see at this stage of life.
Love the dancing stay safe and healthy Noraly.
Look how high you went up the mountain to see those snow caps miles away. This and the last video has me on the edge of my seat. Majestic drone footage is awestriking. Whew!
Happy to see this fantastic adventure ....and your BIG smile......and those of the locals....you make folk happy
...ride safe !!! Superb scenery !!!!!!
Spectacular scenery! Llamas Wow! Drone footage fantastic! Beautiful capital La Paz! Sky transportation is cool! Excellent adventure today!
thank you..you have no idea how we look forward to these.
the whole world is quarantined because of Corona virus but here you are refreshing us with the Bolivian landscape and natural life... ride safe Nora
Another wonderful video. Baby lamas
Noraly & Danno are unstoppable forces of nature.
Living large in LaPaz..... Glad you were able to skirt out of harms way with all the rain and mud slides....
As ever great video Noraly. This part of Bolivia partly reminds me of western Uganda but not so high up though. And Bolivia has less greenery than western Uganda. Great scenery still.
Even on a rainy day you bring the brightness to all of us. Ride safe stay safe
Thank you for this. I only discovered your channel a few weeks ago and have become addicted. I too have an adventurous spirit, but mine wants to be home for supper . . . You're expanding my horizons. Thank you.
Beautiful day! Makes me want to go out and ride :)
"It's my whole life in there". Such confidence and bravado. 💞
I love every single videos that U uploaded. Amazing view and ride..
8 hours ride without eating, well maybe you eat lithium battery for breakfast without you realized 😆, what a nice trip you have & thank you for bringing us along. Have a nice & safe ride..
"Boa noite...." you're video make my illness smile and why?... Well... Every second, minutes, hours, every day!!.. I'm a live!! Tank you so much!! AC. Stay safe Noraly.
Thanks, Noraly, for bringing some sanity into an insane world.
As ever,
Big thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻,
Take care and stay very safe.
From Geoff in a rapidly closing down Staffordshire, UK 🇬🇧
Spectacular views along the first part of the trip and La Paz looks like an interesting place.
I can't believe how fast thing's escalated. The guy running the guest house is a true gentleman for looking after you. It's astounding how fast thing's are changing at the moment world wide. Take good care of yourself and stay safe
i love when you dance while riding ! hahaha
Love love love this courageous compassionate young woman from the Netherlands. Making my Covid days happy!!!!
Manuel's look when you asked him if he needs help. Priceless. A wonderful adventure we get to live through you and see.
I am sure you hear this all the time, But you are very impressive Noraly, A true inspiration. I wish you all the best, be safe, the world is yours.
15:33 I remember standing exactly there around August 2019. I can relive some of my travels again, thanks! You will love Peru next!
Wind ....rain hail ..or high water........or corona .....nothing is gonna stop this cheerful gutsy lady! Way to go Norali and Dhanno ! We are with you !
Noraly I am glad you reached La Paz safely. Wonderful rock formations and dancing on Dhano as well
That is quite a city.....didn't expect La Paz looked like this, beautiful in a rustic way....instead of trains like any other cities, you have cable cars as mass transit!!! Innovative! Quite an eye opener.
Hey Noraly... Thanks for uploading a new video inspite of all this coronavirus issues....it's really a mind diversion from this worry... thanks 🙂🙂
What an awesome day of riding Noraly... Thank you for sharing your journeys! 🇺🇸
Amazing how you maintain your beauty on the trip WOW. Love your adventures Get to TN you have a place to stay and eat with the wife and I
We are looking at your videos and following your adventures. As a fellow bike rider I can only imagine how it feels like doing that for real. But one sentence in this video kind off struck me "My whole life is here". That summons up what you're doing, living your life on a motorcycle day by day. It is amazing! Safe travels Noraly and stay healthy.
