My Rockwell gets through anything on a 6, my face and my head. Absolutely epic shave everytime!!! And Cella is one of my faves too, gotta love that marzipan smell 👍👍
After a couple of years of shaving my Rockwell 6S kept emerging and my best shaver - compared to everything from Wolfman to Timeless to RazoRock and every razor in between. The 6S for me is better than any razor I have - it’s in a league of its own. Perfect BBS shave, quite a few passes as I prefer the 3 plate, no irritation and absolutely the best comfort of all my razors. It’s just above number 1 for me - it’s the grail!
I realize this video was years ago, but i love that cat clubhouse! Wish i could visit Niagara falls one day! 😅👍🏻 Your wife sounds super cool! My aunt has done sewing and made costumes for most of her life! Very creative and incredibly skillful trade! I just ordered the 6s recently and can't wait to try it out! It'll be my first DE saftey razor! I've gone down a rabbit hole researching everything with this more elaborate and interesting shaving! Tired of spending a fortune on razor cartridges! I feel i made a pretty good choice! Good stuff, man! 😁😎👌🏻 Also, i live in Alabama and we have like constant insnane humidity here! Its been hot and humid the whole summer! Not a fan of humidity! 😆
Oddly enough, I actually prefer the 6C to the 6S. The stainless steel doesn't glide on my face as smoothly. Although I still prefer the 6S to anything else
Been using a safety razor ever since I came across your channel. Started with a Van Der Hagen set from Walmart and now I’m using a Merkur 34c with Gillette 7 o’clock yellow blades! Shaving is now less of a chore and something I actually look forward to everyday!
That’s great! I’ll bet that the Merkur is way better than the Van Der Hagen. I still haven’t tried one of those 34c’s. One day, though. Glad you found my channel and glad that you now enjoy shaving like I do.
Great vid, mate. When I saw the cat section, I immediately said out loud, 'Hello, Grumpy', when I saw the cat sitting on the blue table. Loved it when you called him Grumpy too! He's my kinda cat.
Because of your videos now I'm listen jazz and blues while I'm shaving and I'm not and never been a jazz or a blues guy. Can you imagine that? @@SinatraLennonI hope the Rockwell Model T won't be too expensive (and performs). Perhaps they will have an "s" and "c" as with your "6". Making razors for a hobby/collectable market is financial suicide in my opinion. If you don't go utilitarian and market share - you will fail as a company.
Parker shavers are quite aggressive though with blade exposure angle more on the positive side making for really efficient shaves but increasing the chance of nicks or outright cuts if you got careless and or not paying attention. I couldn't get the Tseries as it seems to be always out of stock. I did get the Vikings Blade Emperor.
I shave twice a day (with the second time usually being in my car - I'm a chauffeur working long hours). Thanks! Hopefully I can remember because of your comment.
I seen Videos of ppl mentioning Buy sell and trade wet shaving stuff. I want to trade my Stirling Barbershop ... don’t get me wrong I like the smell and performance it’s just that it stings my skin and I don’t think it has menthol in it!! I read in the comments of a video and a guy said that means someone added too much lye or something ldk that ever happen to you
Usually that trading and selling happens on the shaving forums. Try Badger and Blade. Good luck!
There I was with my back to the wall,
Then comes this monster mouse, he's ten feet tall,
With teeth and claws to match.
It only took one blow.

Great song, love Blood on the rooftops from that album.
I se you mainly use Feather blades. What happened to that bucket of Bic you received? didn't like em..... Any other blades you use? I lack the testosterone to use Feathers....have 50. Just LOVE Gillettes
I’ve got ‘em but I forget to use them!
First one!
Winner!
Irony....I dont like humity....i think I'll go to Niagara Falls in the summer.
Ha! I can handle summertime up there.
@@SinatraLennon , bring a coat...lol. I love Up State NY this time of year!
I've seen a lot of news stories featuring "cat ladies." They all end badly with animal control raids!
A shave that satisfies like a well cooked steak.
Both are very satisfying. Good analogy.
Do you drink alcohol? If yes, try Ameretto liquor. Smells and taste like the cella! Exactly in my opinion!
I do drink alcohol and I have tried Amaretto. That’s some good stuff! Exactly like the Cella.
@@SinatraLennon cella smells like marzipan and even more like ameretto for me. Nice stuff 😊👍 i wonder if it tastes the same!🤣
The 6S is great and also ordered some Florida Water to try out.
Great! Let me know what you think. See if it’s just me that finds it a bit sticky after it dries. Love the smell!
I'm not American... However, I love history... The only thing that would fit 1964, in my mind, is nickel jukeboxes. However, I tried to Google my theory but was unable to confirm it.
I'll stick with it until proven wrong.
Then again... Everything quick and easy to buy was probably a nickel, back in 1964.
Heck, that could be!
I was a teenager in 1964, it was the beginning of the sex, drugs and rock n roll era. I'm thinking so many nickels cause nickel bags preceded dime bags?????
Ha! Great comment.
I'm a coin collector, I try to collect coins from 70s and under
I also have a 1928 red seal 2 dollar bill and a 1954 red seal 2 dollar bill
I'm going to Georgia for about 14 weeks. University of the infantry at Fort Benning
Yowza! Thanks for your service, by the way. Whip ‘em into shape!
Holy shit you kind of sound like Tim Allen. You could do some serious voice acting
I am a voice actor!
I am Sajjad Jameel love you
Thanks Sajjad!
1) number of cats is inversely proportional to mental sanity!!!! BTW that Rockwell is almost looking like your FatBoy. Maybe buy some Scrubbing Bubbles and a used brush to clean them. Or else, invest in an ultrasonic cleaner, and just drop them there for a while (do not put gold plated there).
Yeah, that’s a lot of kitties. I usually scrub them with an old toothbrush and some toothpaste. The razors, I mean, not the cats. 😉
