I have Nico Collins too but he sadly just went down. Getting ARSB alone feels like the trade is worth it. My TEs are also terrible (Shultz, Noah Grey, Erik All)
I also play in a lot of dynasty leagues and send a lot of dynasty trades. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take and I gain so much value weekly from trading that dynasty daddy thinks I’m a god in some leagues😂

With that TE room, you really have no need for Bowers. However, if they're willing to give you Bowers straight up for either of LaPorta or McBride (or even with a small +) I would do that

Would you send Montgomery and Higgins for BTJ? I had the highest value team to start the year, but Puka got hurt and I was already a little short on depth. Sent Etienne and Chase Brown for Rice and now I have Burrow, Lawrence, Maye, Laporta, Hock, Puka, London, Higgins, Rice, Montgomery, and a couple hsndcuff backs, so if I trade Montgomery, I essentially have no rbs to start and should have an early pick. If one of your firsts is super late, then I could see it being worth it. But I'd much rather try and send a 2nd + McBride for him. If you're in Superflex and QB needy, there will be QBs available late in the first so be aware of that.

I own both on the same team and I value them pretty equally. That said, the Seahawks have a wild pass rate compared to the Chargers and JSN has a year under his belt already so I give the edge to JSN.
I traded Diggs + Hopkins for a 1st in league yesterday. There are also over a dozen instances of Diggs for a 1st on FantasyCalc since yesterday. You just have to believe!
First thoughts would be trying to speculate 2026 pick order is a lot more random than you might think. So assuming a pick will be early should never be in your trade calculations two years out. But as a long-term play it's probably a plus EV move. Pennix should turn out similar to how Love did when Kirk is gone, at least in theory with so much time behind a good starter. And Pennix probably would have gone higher in rookie drafts in a normal year that weren't so stacked at QB like this year.

Yeah, they're not doing much for you right now and I think their value is only going down. Sell if you can and then address the position another way.
