Great episode this week,,, I'm not the only one who thinks that it would be okay.. if you were to post the new refit videos along with the last of the sailboat videos .... I'm sure everyone would happily watch both ... Best wishes you two and ................. cheers !!
Incredible video, thank you for sharing your journey! Love to see you both in the footage, Wendy you’re so positive and inspiring and Magnus is a true legend! Looking forward to seeing your next adventure!
I have seen them whilst camping on the beach in Mexico......an amazing experience the first time you see it.......and every time......especially when they hatch and head for the sea!
Phil's camping and touring. Is known as Mr Turtle man. Phil did turtle research, and if you ever catch up with him, you should have a talk with him. Bundaberg area
Just abit of info that you may already know, I found it very interesting when I read it on a sign at a turtle nursery. It takes a turtle 20yrs to mature and breed. They return to the beach where they hatched from 20yrs before to breed and then lay their egg's. I found it amazing that they would be able to navigate their way back to the exact beach that they hatched from.
Good one guys. Great episode. Not sure if I've already said this but, my Aussie bro in law once told me, "if you see a croc on the surface, don't swim.!" If you don't see them, it's ok, the surface is the "kill zone." Once you're under, they ignore you. However, I will never test that idea out. Fantastic seeing the turtles, nesting in the wild eh.? Btw, I've restocked my beer fridge. Thanks for sharing. All the best from Nz.
Omgoodness, how amazing!
Actually watching a turtle dig her nest!❤
It was incredible to see. She didn’t seem to mind our presence. I think the island was so remote she wasn’t aware of humans. W.

We visited a place in Mexico where they were looking after the nests to make sure that they weren’t raided. It was interesting to see. W.
So beautiful, too bad about the crocs though. Nice to see the turtles healthy and making plenty of babies!
It was an amazing sight. There were turtles everywhere in the water. W.

They are such an incredible creature.
Special turtles !
It was amazing! There were so many in the ocean and loads of tracks on all of the beaches. W.
great stuff
Thanks. W.
Awesome footage.
Thank you. W.
How many people are living like this? Special stuff.
Just thinking out loud - wouldn't take much of a LibertyKite to move a turtle along at a clip

What species were they?
From memory they were Green Turtles.
Do crocs take turtles?
They sure do.
