isn't sparechange% + FISTFUL OF DOLLAR only?

The rule set exists for a reason.
As per, it’s only +FISTFUL OF DOLLAR against boss enemies, or enemies with a visible boss health bar. In this case, the Swordsmachines and Hideous Mass. +PARRY is allowed, as long as it doesn’t deal damage directly to the boss. +FRIENDLY FIRE is allowed as long as it is proven that the damage came from a fellow enemy or itself.
