My grandma also has b550 on her big garage door and small garage door I got to keep the remote for the small garage door even though she has 4 panel garage doors
When I moved in I did have a craftsman belt and I had a overhead screw drive it was loud but on the big door the spring snapped idk why but I was loud when we got new springs

The new Chamberlain sounds a lot like my Craftsman.

The craftsman might have a bad board you should put the 8355 where the craftsman is
