Both of them have the potential to be the embodiment of chaos but from my observation discord wasn't really a cosmic threat because of he's combat experience cuz one he doesn't need to since he is living in a world full of ponys and hes the most powerful and no one is at hes level and two he doesn't have that much fighting experience he hasn't faced a threat that is at he's level let alone as powerful as he is. Meanwhile bill is focused on conquering the multiverse having to face multiple threats that is as powerful as him giving him the fighting knowledge he needs to defeat discord. He was able to grant his ENTIRE dimension the ability to see HEIGHT, from which the PRIMITIVE world could not stand it and burned. This was not directly Bill's ABILITY, he did NOT directly destroy his world, his world was destroyed due to the banal rules of how the 2-D world works. In many ways, although he was an arsonist, he was not that fire 3) Maybe Bill is a couple of Trillions years old. But Discord is literally the embodiment of the Chaos Concept, which exists ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE. The very destruction of the universe is the result of the work of CHAOS. There's no proof that Marvel is canonically in the same multiverse as Gravity Falls. I don't recall Rick and Morty and Gravity Falls being confirmed to be in the same multiverse.

La razón por la que muchos ponen como ganador a Bill, es porque tienen a Gravity falls como su serie favorita y no son capaces de aceptar que discord es superior a Bill en varios aspectos por ejemplo en la inteligencia discord no es nada tonto, aparte de que otro aspecto que discord maneja es el aspecto del espacio cosa que es la debilidad de Bill, qué es corto podría simplemente desgarrar el espacio hacia otra dimensión y mandar a Bill hacia esa dimensión o sencillamente regresarlo al reino de las pesadillas.

Both of them have the potential to be the embodiment of chaos but from my observation discord wasn't really a cosmic threat because of he's combat experience cuz one he doesn't need to since he is living in a world full of ponys and hes the most powerful and no one is at hes level and two he doesn't have that much fighting experience he hasn't faced a threat that is at he's level let alone as powerful as he is. Meanwhile bill is focused on conquering the multiverse having to face multiple threats that is as powerful as him giving him the fighting knowledge he needs to defeat discord. And besides discord wasn't taking the fight seriously i mean if he killed Fluttershy discord might have bloodbath in he's eyes and took the fight seriously. So bill wins in terms of combat experience

I've been waiting for this for a long time and I know that they won't notice me
But let me start
1) We are considering the version from ALL sources here, aren’t we?
Then the achievements that Discord had exceed those of Bill
I'll start with this fact - in the comics, Diskor LITERALLY took over the MULTIVERSE (with ALL universes) when he was in the Akorda state
Bill did not have the PHYSICAL ability to somehow capture even 1 world from a 3-D dimension. Yes, he could terrarize other worlds, but NOT 3-D worlds (otherwise why did he TRY for so long to get into one of these and was happy with his success)
2) The destruction of Bill's home world is not an indicator of his strength.
Euclidean world is quite simple, where only Bill with his “strange” eye saw HEIGHT. This is information that was recently provided to us. And do you know how his world was destroyed? He was able to grant his ENTIRE dimension the ability to see HEIGHT, from which the PRIMITIVE world could not stand it and burned.
This was not directly Bill's ABILITY, he did NOT directly destroy his world, his world was destroyed due to the banal rules of how the 2-D world works. In many ways, although he was an arsonist, he was not that fire
3) Maybe Bill is a couple of Trillions years old. But Discord is literally the embodiment of the Chaos Concept, which exists ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE. The very destruction of the universe is the result of the work of CHAOS.
Even if Discor himself does not directly say his age (the fact that he is possibly more than 1000 is hinted at by the fact that he has had “friends” since the time of dinosaurs)
So why did I mention this? Bill's age and ability to see OPTIONS of the future (described in Bill's books) cannot compete with Discord's dance-eternal knowledge.
You can point out to me the moments when he was deceived... and I will remind you of how Bill was defeated and how Axotol sent him to therapy.
Discord clearly understands that he is in the series/comic book, and in the comics he often interacted with the comic himself (this is a greater level of self-awareness than Bill showed in the series. In his book, he already showed an understanding that he is a concept, an idea. But what he hopes influencing our world through a book shows not yet full awareness of one’s position)
4) If Discord has access to his power everywhere - Bill needs to go into the 3-D world for his god-like powers to work
Even in the minds of other people, he may turn out to be weaker (this is shown from the series itself) and has a LOT of rules in order to penetrate someone’s mind (Ford’s example. It will not be difficult for Discord in his crazy mind to create protection against penetration without consent )

But Discord uses them surprisingly SMARTLY (especially like Akord), while Bill is literally having fun with all this power. This is precisely why he lost in the series - he was WAY more carefree than Discord, that at most he could have simply lost his strength temporarily and that was all.
The only thing that can defeat Discord is harmony (taking away strength always required conditions). And I am absolutely sure that for Bill this opportunity is blocked
