Thank you for the reply! Have you broken the front Dana 44 often with your tires? The reason why I am asking is because that's what I have on my truck and I'm just curious since a lot of people say even a chromoly dana 44 can't hold up to 38s. I don't have a lead foot and drive carefully.
I have broken 3 Warn hubs, and the front driveshaft, but never the D44, axles or front U-joints. I have grenaded the ring gear on the rear D60, and broke the rear driveshaft twice. For the amount of abuse I have put the truck through, thats not too bad, I think!

Front is a D44, chromoly axles and CTM u-joints. Rear is Curry RockJock D60. Tires are 38.5x14.4x15
Are you running a dana 44 in the front or a dana 60? Also what's your tire size? Thanks a lot!
