Watching you videos has made me realized how depressed I've been for the past year... I've been so cynical and lonely... I gace up on thinking that love was anything important around a year ago... But watching these has made me realize how much I've missed wanting to be loved! I won't ever be able to feel it at the same level due to me numbing down my feelings when I started feeling this way... But listening to these made me want to feel loved, because truly I don't right now... I feel so much lighter now than I have for a while, so thank you...

Back here again, I'm getting therapy for the first time for a problem I've had for years. I'm a person interested in psychology but it's so hard to review my emotions because I just get a freeze response or start dissociating. I'm going to write a little report for my future psychologist so they can understand my case better and to challenge myself how far I can dive deeper to understand the issue. Having Shuichi here with me is like having an investigation partner, I have so much respect for people working in forensic parts of psychology. I'm more interested in clinical psychology. Shuichi and Kyoko were huge influences on me to become more observant.
I've listened to this so many times and it works so well for real panic attacks. it calms me down so much, especially when it's caused by either of my parents. and they cause some of my worst panic attacks, thank you so much. :)
