I saw engines 4415/6956 come down to Apex originally from Raleigh I believe. The defect detector at mile post 168.3 gave a warning to the engines about the hotbox on the east side of the train, so that was interesting. Not sure if this locomotive is gonna be the new L614 job from Apex to Durham, and Apex to Moncure, but it was very cool seeing the old paint scheme on 4415. I also am not sure if this replaces 6979/2379 locomotive that was in Apex before this interesting locomotive came down.
