To all the people crying about the price; have you built anything lately?I installed a new exterior door this week that cost $2200.00 wholesale price. Pre covid the same door was under a grand. Everything has doubled in price. why do people think the RE wont double as well. The market will tell the story maybe they ll take less but it is very new construction. Enjoy all the channels videos thanks for bringing us along!!
I agree. They can support this price though with maybe a small reduction or patience for the right buyer (sucker). This is b/c you have -- for ex. -- a person selling a 3B 2B at 1600 sq ft in a "less than stellar" area of CA for 450k plus. Maybe they're done working, etc. If they own their CA home outright or got it say... 6 years and "200k ago," it doesn't look that bad. If they have a house for 600k and want to downsize a house they got for 400-600k (or more) a few decades ago that is now pushing or over 7 figures and pocket a few hundred thousand -- to them. To them, this might look like a deal -- or a blank canvass to upgrade if they got a bunch of extra loot laying around after a sale in an mind-numbingly over-priced area.
Wow your nuts with that price what are you smoking $380xxx 1400 Square footage and not even an acre of land I got twice that size of a house 3 acres of land and a lot less than that and that's even when everything was bad on the market it wasn't even the timegoodbye in New York
I think this will sit... thanks for showing
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful home, thank-you for taking the time to show us. GOD Bless.
Great job, Carmen!
An absurd price, at least $100,000. over.
Who did the appraisal, the seller?
That is not the appraisal value, its the listing price. So yes, the seller probably did set that price
@calebelliott147 I know, just clowning.
Iv been watching specifically the mcphails. They sell the most absurd redundant land. Overpriced ugly homes like this one. Its laughable.

Hooray for you
2 words…..LYME DISEASE.
What were you smoking when you put an asking price of 380,000? Unattractive exterior and small rooms.
380k 😂 for that shit
Maybe there's drugs hidden in the house or the person who price this took them.
