ভাই গতকাল দুপুরে Barbecue nation এ মধ্যাহ্নভোজ সারতে গিয়েছিলাম , অভিজ্ঞতা যা হল জানাচ্ছি 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 তন্দুরী দিয়েই শুরু করি! যে কোন তন্দুরী করার প্রথম শর্ত হল সঠিক গুণের এবং সময়ের marination , আর তারপর সঠিক আঁচে সেটাকে grill করা । এটা ঠিকঠাক না করলে তন্দুরী মুখ থুবড়ে পড়বে। Barbecue Nation এ unlimited তন্দুরী পাওয়া যায় , তোমাকে "না করা পর্যন্ত " তন্দুরী দিয়েই যাবে, সমস্যার শুরু সেখানে, সবাইকে নানান তন্দুরী যদি দিতে হয় , তাহলে যেদিন রেস্তোরাতে ভীড় হবে , সেদিন তাড়াহুড়োতে half baked , half marinated তন্দুরী পাতে পড়বে। এইসব রেস্তোরার strict quality control policy নেই , রেস্তোরার সুন্দর ambience আছে , ঝিনচ্যাক ড্রেস পড়ে waiter আর manager দের ব্যস্ত ঘোরাঘুরি আছে, reservation ছাড়া প্রবেশ নিষেধ ইত্যাকার ন্যাকড়ামি আছে । কিন্ত খাবারের গুনমান ? অখাদ্য । বিরিয়ানি তে ঠাসিয়ে কেওড়ার জল দিয়েছে আর বিরিয়ানি মশালা দিয়ে ভাত আর মাংসভাজাকে নাড়িয়ে নাবিয়ে দিয়েছে। বুফের কোন খাবারই সুস্বাদু নয়। শুধু খাবারের গালভরা নাম আছে। আসলে এরা জানে আজকালকার কলকাতার হাভাতে বাঙালিকে যা খাওয়াবে তাই খাবে।
