Tips to make it less tangy: -pre cook the tomato puree (dont just blend fresh tomatoes) -use full cream instead of curd -when incorporating the cream/curd, take the kadai off the gas and let it cool a little bit before adding and mixing. Hope it helps

yest nite made this same exact style the recepie is easy the only part is to keep the paneer marinated well. I choose not to fry the cubes but used it on boil after the curry was cooked. Result : the malai paneer was succulent and was so fulfilling I hogged it goes very well with fried jeera or egg fried rice. thankio for a brilliant share 😎
