when learning a new choreo, they shared their ways of practicing/learning it, they adjust the speed of the song to 0.5x to dance in slow motion to make sure that they're hitting the right steps + detailed. Then they ran it 10x a day(normal speed)

Also, there’s a TikTok video of Sheena submitting her draft to the chorus part of Pantropiko. So, yes, the members are very involved in the creative process. For example, they write most of their rap verses themselves, Colet wrote/composed their song 8, Sheena is given credit as among the choreographer for Pantropiko, etc.
