We liked your video recording idea when it comes to SOP's. This will definitely save us time. Thank you for making this video and sharing your knowledge. Greatly appreciated.
Perfect, I am glad I found your channel. What would you recommend for a small concrete business trying to get into commercial work for estimating . Thank you in advance
Hey John, Contractor Foreman does sync with QuickBooks and data can be sent back and forth from either one to the other. There is a lot of functionality although setting it up properly and having a process for how you want the information to flow can be the challenging part. As far as tracking hst specifically that would be best answered by a rep at Contractor Foreman. The way I think about it is QBs is still the main software for managing business financials and Contractor Foreman is used for job tracking / costing. Hope that makes sense. If you would like to chat more about it feel free to reach out via our website: rapidresultcreators.com Are you currently using Project Management software? If so which one/s?
Do you do consultations to help find the right software? I manage a Door & Trim manufacturing and Turkey installation business where we wholesale supply and install for new construction home builders so I have to keep pricing real time to know my cost but at the same time I have to fix pricing for contracted jobs that we do over and over again. Not to mention the manufacturing aspect and labor and project management.
Hi Luke, helping clients find the right software stack and then implementing it effectively is a big part of what we do. Book a call on our website and I can share my recommendations based on what you’re looking for. rapidresultcreators.com
Hello we are a small epoxy flooring company which do residential and commercial work. We are looking for a software to be able to quickly and accurately measure blueprints we receive from our contractors. We currently utilize Quickbooks online for everything. Any recommendations would be helpful.
Thanks for reaching out. For straight forward take off software to measure plans my recommendation would be Square Takeoff. If your looking for a project management / field software for trades businesses I would recommend Housecall Pro.
Thanks for reaching out. From what you've mentioned it sounds like the following software could be a good fit. I would sign up for a free trial with them to test them out and see which will be best for you. - HouseCall Pro - housecallpro.grsm.io/fsbgn292fmlu (affiliate link) - Buildxact - www.buildxact.com/us/ - Jobber - go.getjobber.com/RapidResultCreators (affiliate link)
I am starting a small framing company. What software would you recommend for someone that is not really good using computers? As a right now the business is small and no chance to pay to someone. Thank you.

Does Contractor Foreman send the actual bills over to quick books for tracking hst?

I would look at Housecall Pro or Jobber for trades businesses. If you’re planning to GC in the future then Buildxact or Contractor Foreman.
Get stack
I'm surprised that you never mentioned about stack
Thanks Leo, I’ve not used Stack before and will check it out.
Do you use it?
What do you like most about it?
THANKS
