NOO, serve is most difficult element to learn it starts from childhood also there is no time like pros make it big from age 20 to age 30, pros use trick while changing racquets though, they cut grip bar and add old racquet one bar, atleast elite does that, also racquet would have to be similiar to stand a chance to do that. Other elements to learn are easier if we copy grip from old racquet.
