French Polynesia (Tahiti & Marquesas) enters the Opening Ceremony of the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture. More than 2,200 delegates from 27 Pacific nations gathered for 10 days of cultural exchange, appreciation, and celebration at various venues across Hawai'i.

Get eduacted and learn history before shaming your self. French Polynesia (Tahiti and the Marquesan islands) is a thing as it’s an overseas collectivity of France and its sole overseas country. Tahiti was 1st colonized by Britain, then France. They speak French besides Te Reo Maohi in Tahiti etc. Just like Hawai’i Nei is still illegally annexed by the US speaking English, just as Aotearoa NZ and Australia are British territories and they speak English besides the indigenous languages…
