Dead Cells Speedrun Tech - Hand of the King Skip

This tech lets you skip hand of the king and enter the fountain without fighting him.
Required Items: A way to reach the wall above the entrance (multiple jump amulet or syringe) and a way to move horizontally in the air a large distance.
How to do it: This particular version is using syringe to get up and then assault boost, meat skewer first hit, and lightspeed to go over the triggers. Your character must be off the top of the screen in order to ignore the triggers so you should double jump off the top of the wall before doing the sequence of events.

Thanks to OYN for pointing out that Syringe can give height to grab the wall and Luukie13 for suggesting Meat Skewer for the extra distance. All this was needed for a speedrun viable version!

This sounds like an extremely unlikely tech, but with that save could be useful. I noticed you were able to get behind HotK, do you know if this skips him entirely? I feel like that would affect the Highest Difficulty run more if so.

This video is just a proof of concept but the skip could potentially affect Any% and Hardest Difficulty runs.
On Any%, the main problem is that the items used to perform the skip are lacking in damage. Normally, we would kill Concierge before he roars and spams invuln, but these items make it less likely that Syringe will be able to do that. This may negate the time save that the skip would give so more testing is required to make this definitely part of the route.
On Hardest Difficulty, this is also questionable to use because you would want to use a Survival build normally to avoid dying easily, but this setup is best done with Brutality. Additionally, there is the damage problem again where you may lose time elsewhere in boss fights using this less optimal build just for a skip.
tl;dr This skip might be used or it might not. We need to test.

I saw a use in a speedrun and he did it from the ground and he only had the lightspeed and assault shield, and I'm not even sure he used the shield. Don't know how he did it.

That would be a variant of the hyperspeed glitch, discovered after this video documented this. The first known variant required an enemy, Lightspeed, and Phaser (ua-cam.com/video/Jp1lr__Dp3k/v-deo.html) but was later refined to only require Lightspeed and extra keyboard bindings (ua-cam.com/video/v3mxIMfR01k/v-deo.html).
