I guess mas Mahal ng konti si chocolate ganache( depende sa brand ng chocolate at cream na ginagamit) yung butter cream medyo cheaper since butter and powdered sugar lang naman.

Two box po na APC for 500 grams..ang ratio po ng ganache depende rin po sa pag gagamitan niyo. If for fondant use mas maganda po 2:1 (500 Choco 1 pack apc) but for dripping and piping pwede ang 1:1 (250g Chocolate, 250ml cream) na ratio po. Depende na po sa gusto niyo na consistency.
Well whippit is already sweet na po. But if you really like to make it more sweeter pwede naman mag add but make sure the powdered sugar is well sifted para hindi mag mag create ng lumps sa frosting, or else you can add small amount of sugar syrup mas easy to incorporate sa Whippit frosting (liquid form mas madali mag incorporate sa Whippit)

Try ko pala yung recipe mo ng Choco moist cake kc yung recipe ko super moist d ko mahati nawawasak.. wala cia egg... kaya d ko mapalaman ng ganache...
