१, आप अपने मालिक हो इसीलिए कहा जाता है अपनी इंद्रियों पर कंट्रोल रखो, अपने पर इन्हे हावी मत होने दो, आप इनके मालिक हो नौकर नही।
2, व्यक्ति को अध्यात्म की अधिक आवश्यकता युवावस्था में है न की वृद्धावस्था में, क्युकी अध्यात्म आपको विनम्र, परिस्थितियों के प्रति उदासीन बनाता है, जिससे आपका बाकी जीवन उज्जवल हो सकता है l, ये नही की जीवन जीने के बाद आखरी पड़ाव में जीवन जीने की कला सीखें
3, अध्यात्म का अर्थ आपके जीवन के ऐसे कार्यकलाप जैसे कैरियर, संबंध, कला आदि में फोकस होकर कार्य करना ।
4, अध्यात्म का अर्थ चीजों को त्यागना नहीं बल्कि किसी भी चीजों की अति से बचते हुए उसमे अपनी निर्भरता पर नियंत्रण रखना है, ना की त्यागना, इसीलिए गृहस्थ होकर, बिना कुछ भी त्यागे अति में जाए बिना आध्यात्म अपनाया जा सकता है
5, अध्यात्म अपनाया नही जाता अपितु हर इंसान जन्मजात आध्यात्मिक है इसलिए सिर्फ उसे सिर्फ रियलाइज करने का सफर ही आध्यात्म है।
6, आपके भगवान आपको सिर्फ राह दिखाएंगे आपका हाथ पकड़ कर आपको चलाने के लिए नही है, क्युकी चलना तो आपको खुद ही है ।
