I’ll still never forget that Aaron Rodgers has a postseason record of 0-4 vs 49ers! He’s the only player to lose to the same postseason opponent four times!
I think it's time to put Bengals v. Chiefs on this list. Meeting in two straight AFC Title games, having two of the best QBs in the game and every game is a bloodbath. Yep.
As a 49ers fan the chiefs and bills rivalry will be the biggest rivalry for the next decade. And the packers and cowboys rivalry is still alive they have had historic matchups.
I think the NFL should do more to promote these rivalries (and also find a way to make scheduling them a priority). Thankfully, Bills & Chiefs have met 5 times the last 3 seasons & are scheduled to play each other again next year. Only bummer about it is the last 2 years all games have been in Arrowhead, with next year's game being in Arrowhead too. Bills need to secure homefield for this year's playoffs if they want to change that (though yesterday's L to the Jets didn't help).
To be fair, the Ravens-Titans rivalry started as division foes in the then AFC Central in 2000. The Ravens gave the Titans their first home loss in their new Adelphi Coliseum during the 2000 season, then beat them again in that year's playoffs in the same stadium. That started the rivalry. With the addition of Houston in 2002, Tennessee moved to the AFC South, and Baltimore to the AFC North.
As a Ravens fan, the best rivalry in ALL sports was the Ravens-Steelers. I know that's outside the subject of this video, but I had to mention it. The absolute hatred between those two teams...as well as between their fan bases, was unbelievable!
I think cowboys Steelers rivalry should be mentioned. They haven’t played against each other recently but they have a historic rivalry! They share 11 Super Bowl titles between them and has played each other in 3 super bowls cowboys winning one Steelers winning two of them . Both always has been in the race of taking the crown of the best team in America . The rivalry fell off a little due to emergence of the patriots dynasty and their six rings but the rivalry is still there.
these are some good match up,s but the bills vs chiefs one stands out the most to me. mahomes vs josh allen gonna be exciting for years to come to watch.
I’ve always known that 49ers vs Cowboys is a classic non-division rivalry mainly because those two teams combined to win a grand total of 10 Super Bowl titles!
That Bucs vs Rams 1999 NFC Championship game plus the Monday Night matchup the following season already solidified these 2 as rivals of the early 2000s. Unfortunately, both teams kinda fell off soon after.
My list 1. Mahomes v Burrow 2. Mahomes v Allen 3. Mahomes v Jackson 4. 49ers v Seahawks 5. 49ers v Chiefs 6. Bengals v Steeler 7. Allen v Jackson 8. Steelers v Titans 9. Titans v Ravens 10. Chiefs v Eagles
It's funny how half of these rivalries are also between opposite divisions within a conference Bills/Chiefs: East vs West Vikings/Saints: North vs South 49ers/Cowboys: East vs West Ravens/Titans: North vs South
Patriots vs Colts, because of Brady and Manning/Luck, Seahawks vs Packers, because of the Fail Mary and 2014 Championship, Giants vs Packers because of 2 SBs the Giants won by beating them both seasons, and Giants and 49ers because of 38-14 and Kyle Williams.
i was just thinking of packers-giants due to their long standing history & 49ers-giants, especially since the giants had the "ineligible man downfield" call in the 2002 nfc wild card game & stopped the 49ers "3-peat" in the 1990 nfc championship game.
Too bad the Ravens vs Commanders rivalry was always lacking rn since they don’t play that often: Battle of the Beltway Allen vs Mahomes the next Brady vs manning
If any of you notice, the Brady and Manning rivalry was mainly pats vs broncos. AFC East vs AFC West. Now the Allen and Patrick rivalry is Bills vs Chiefs. Again it is AFC East vs AFC West.
As a Ravens fan, iv always loved/ hated those old Ravens Pats games. Always on the edge of my seat. Not sure why but I had the same pride when we beat Brady and the Bucs this season. So maybe I feel more that it’s a rivalry against Brady.
The nfl has many non division rivalry games such as the NY jets vs NY giants, the Pittsburgh steelers vs Philadelphia eagles, the Dallas cowboys vs the green bay packers, the LA Rams vs the LA chargers, the sf 49ers vs the Oakland raiders (before the raiders move to las vegas) and the Seahawks vs the Denver broncos.
I think what should be an honorable mention is probably the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos when the Denver Broncos faced off against the Seattle Seahawks for the first time since the Seahawks have moved to the NFC west there has been some bad blood between these two teams with Denver losing the Super Bowl to the Seahawks along with getting screwed over in the Russell Wilson trade not only that but Denver trading up to get the worst QB in the 2016 Draft class being Paxton Lynch Denver still hates the Seahawks even though they are not in the AFC West no more
Don’t forget about the 49ners/raiders rivalry like both fanbases go to war like the fights get so violent so bullets were involved I am not joking about that
The Eagles and the Giants both own the Texans. Philadelphia has never lost against them; while the Texans haven’t beaten the Giants since their inaugural season. The Colts are 32-9-1 against the Texans all time as well, while the Ravens are 10-2. The Packers, the Steelers, the Patriots, the Rams, the Seahawks and the 49ers also deserve honorable mentions. The Chiefs are also 10-1 against the Commanders all time, with their one loss against them dating back to 1983. The Commanders have never won in Kansas City before.
The New England Patriots vs the Miami Dolphins should be on here, the San Francisco 49’ers vs the Kansas City Chiefs should be on here, and the Atlanta Falcons vs the New England Patriots should also be on here
Can you really call the Rams and Bucs a rivalry being that it's only been 3 games over the past 2 years? The rest of the list I agree with... That 'rivalry' won't be one unless it lasts multiple, multiple years and games with each being successful from time to time. That's my thoughts on what a rivalry is.
I wouldn't call the chiefs and bills a rivalry, it fel more like a rivalry watching the miami game than anything especially watching josh allen during thst, but idk that's just my opinion. It didn't feel like much of a rivalry during the chiefs and bills game this year.
I’ll still never forget that Aaron Rodgers has a postseason record of 0-4 vs 49ers! He’s the only player to lose to the same postseason opponent four times!
As a 49ers fan we have owned the packers 4 times in the last 10 postseasons 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈

Fun fact: All of the Packers postseason losses since the 2014 NFCCG have come to red-colored teams.
@@gbrow1604 49ers , Falcons and Buccaneers 😂😂
@@RaulPalaciosYT Don’t forget Cardinals.
Also the 49ers cowboys rivalry has had some epic moments in the past and currently and same with the packers and cowboys rivalry.

I think I have a little beef with the jets
I think the Chiefs and Titans have a secret rivalry affair, probably most underrated rivalry in all of sports
@@chazztreat8317 😂 that's understandable after how they stole thar win earlier this year
Todays loss to the Vikings didn’t help either (josh allen)

Vikings Eagles rivalry is underrated. They had great matchups in early 2000s and late 2010s. And the fans absolutely hate each other
Yes as an eagles fan it's true
Exactly
And the two teams always seem to trade wins back and forth.
Especially after the Eagles beat them to get to the Super Bowl, and then win the Super Bowl in their house.
@@majorsynthqed7374 yes😁😁😁
For the Miami Dolphins, we've been starting to develop one with the Bengals recently I feel
the battle of shitty defenses?
@@MaxorMate I was thinking more of QBs who faced eachother in the college national championship, but sure let's go with that.
I'm still bitter about that OT safety on Halloween. :( /s
Dalton leading the comeback to force overtime. But the Bengals lost. And won the #1 pick outright.
They’re certainly always good games.
As A Ravens fan I remember our rivalry wit the pats was always heated

yeah, but looking back on it, honestly it was less the Ravens vs the Patriots and more Tom Brady vs Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Suggs
very creative idea
🥶

Do one playoff game every NFL franchise wish they could have back
i think Steelers vs Cowboys has been way bigger of a rivalry then Steelers vs Raiders
I agree
You should do stupid rivalries like the Patriots-Panthers rivalry
The nfl has many non division rivalry games such as the NY jets vs NY giants, the Pittsburgh steelers vs Philadelphia eagles, the Dallas cowboys vs the green bay packers, the LA Rams vs the LA chargers, the sf 49ers vs the Oakland raiders (before the raiders move to las vegas) and the Seahawks vs the Denver broncos.
Nah steelers and eagles aren't really rivals honestly.
Titans vs Cheifs
Raiders Steelers gotta be up here! ITS A CLASSIC
Do every NFL team’s inter- conference rival. Jacksonville,Florida- London, England is a rivalry because they are fighting over the Jaguars.
Video idea: top 10 best college football rivalries
Watch them be cliche by making Ohio State- Michigan or Army -Navy number one
Hey TPS: how bout doing a top 10 playoff team being eliminated by the 5th or last seed
I'd say that Broncos/Colts has gone under the radar for a lot of people
You should do none best conference rivalries like Cowboys Steelers , Colts Saints , Niners Broncos , Niners Raiders ,Rams chiefs , Eagles Steelers , Eagles Patriots, Packers Chiefs ,
Browns and Bengals (only cause it’s the only team my Brownies consistently beat 😂)
Non-divisional, in the title of this video!
Love your video and Raiders and Steelers one ya but I see it as the 49ers too
Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks gonna be one pretty soon
Green Bay Vs San Fran is more of a slaughter than a rivalry recently.
Buffalo Vs Kansas Ciry
Steelers vs pats used to be the best non Divisonal rivalry
Imo Cowboys-Vikings are a underrated rivalry
Seahawks Packers, Rams Cowboys, Broncos Patriots.
new england patriots - literally everybody
IDK about that I feel like the browns and titans are like secret allies with us, as well as the majority of the NFC south.
