They should have just made all the ant queen armors tier 3. You have to get the haze lab chip to get the red ant queen set but at that point you already have access to tier 2 armor while the red ant queen set is tier 1. So what's the point.
Not only that, but you need to do the black anthill lab to get the oven to make the sandwiches in the first place 😂
@@Eli-ii2se Yeah they need to a patch to upgrade the ant queen armors cause I heard even the fire ant one isn't that good.
Probably for progression purposes. Seems like you don't play the game
@@TG101Replit I've been playing this game for over a year. why would I wear a set of tier 1 armor right after I beat the black ant hill lab.
@@DiveBombRebel Yeah and the most annoying part is that you won't be able kill/infect the later ant queens until you're on ng+3 or 4. Like why do I need to play this game for over 200+ hours just to infect the other queens just to get the stuff. That's burnout just waiting to happen. Hell I've been trying to 100% the normal playthrough and I'm already over 300 hours. Don't know why the game won't let me get 100% since I've done EVERYTHING there is to do.
I wonder if having mom genes, mansterious stranger, and the wittle widowling trinket on with the fire ant summoner set would be a good summoner build
my thougth aswell, it could become a heavy hitting summoner build

And if your playing with other people also just have the element staffs and acid staff to be a crowd control build while also making your own army
It's really only good if you have friends, I've tried it. What happens is since you have no other trinkets or mutation slots for melee weapons, you get overrun easily, it works VERY, VERY well with friends. You just overrun everything since your friends get the bug's attention so you can get your summons off
There is currently an interesting interaction with Torns on summons and Bosses. The deal a lot of dmg to themselves. So wierdly enough, only the Tier 1 set is worth crafting atm, before devs patch it.
Not a bug, enemies simply deal so much damage they kills themselves. Might get nerfed which is fine by me, I'm tired of killing myself when I accidentally hit one

Playing full summoner build. Fire Queen Set with mom genes, stranger and widowling trinket with bard bow/apex pred is actually insane. Pumping out Yoked summons.

If you use the sleek red ant set be careful. The thorns works against you as well. Was using my lvl 7 sour battleaxe and it spawned a red ant right on top of the enemy. I hit it and killed myself from over 2/3 full health. But if you use the low damage red ant weapon that buffs summon hp it should be fine.
I called the scepter trash after 2 hours of upper yard and broodmother pain... Next day I realized huh, THAT'S why it deals low damage 😂
Kinda sad the devs know you'll hit yourself and instead of disabling friendly fire they want us to use a low damage item... Might as well use a summoner fist build at that point
Depends on if it works, but I think I'm gonna pair the Fire Queen Armor with Mom Genes and either Widdle Widowling, the Broodmother trinket, or the Infected Broodmother trinket (both of these increase summon damage, but IBM gives your summons a chance to create explosions from their attacks, while the BM one adds poison).
How you been doing? Any variations you enjoy?

Its fun with a tri summon stat basa necklace expload on death summons also good
And he still didn't cover the lucky hat even though it was in his inventory even though in one of his past videos covering the weapons people were spamming in chat asking what the lucky hat was and how to get it I've tried looking it up online and there's no information about it
Farm chocolate eggs until the lucky hat spawns randomly (according to others). There is a Reddit thread about it and also a rather bad 3 hour stream here on YT.

Apparently these eggs spawn at the spawn points of the other food sources (donuts, apples, cookies, billy hog). So just farm those usual spots and hope a chocolate egg is being spawned there instead of an apple/donut (not sure about that though).
Maybe it helps to get rid of the apples/donuts so an egg is able to spawn there after some waiting period.
I've encountered one chocolate egg so far in normal playthrough, so no NG+ required I think.

Nope not worth it.
Even de ng+1 is impossible to beat solo. Infused creatures are to overpowerd.either they need a nerf or we need early armor upgrades
Idk bout that bro. So far I’ve been having an easy time on ng+1 solo. Beat the broodmother and mantis quite easily. (I play on medium)
From what I've heard woah is impossible but medium is bearable. So the question is what difficulty are you playing
@@wernercd medium. And I just tried the wasp queen about 7 times and it’s almost impossible. I even switched to mild and still couldn’t win. Definitely needs a nerf 🤦♂️

Can I befriend, and then poison, to get both the armor and the weapon? That’s the difference right? Poison gives you weapon, befriend gives you armor?

If you befriend an ant queen can you infect it later or in a new game+
Yes, you’ll just have to find the recipe
@@Hurricane-396 that still didn't answer his question he's asking if you can feed them and then use the infected recipe to infect them without having to go into a new game plus to reset the ant Queen
You can only feed them once per new game+
You can interact with it again but the options for feeding isn't there so I assume you can only feed it once per reroll

This all makes about as much sense as wiping before you poop. Who is going to do all this? Not me. Beat the game over and over just to change the colors of the house??? Are you kidding me. I think I'm officially done with this game. Moving on to the next.
You should start speaking out about the current state of this game so the developers will listen🤦♂️clearly this update was a complete FLOPPPPP…y’all can be mad an try to say I’m wrong but numbers don’t lie, this game had 20 million players now only a tiny fraction of that number still play and this overpowered glitchy update was the final nail in the coffin…they either balance this and fix glitches like (milk molars spawning in unobtainable areas)🤦♂️or the game will die😂but honestly at this point I don’t see it making a comeback jus be honest😤😤I swear y’all be afraid to voice constructive criticism
The only reason the numbers are like that is because it took to long for them to reach this point in the game. The new update is fantastic and for a such a small team even tho they had some help from Microsoft, there is t that many awful bugs. There are things I would change but the devs did amazing. The game is amazing.
