Hello Jonathan wonder how long the Ukrainian Bradley crew have been working with the Bradley. Last year there were complaints that NATO training was ineffective. And responsible for the counter offensive going off the rails. If the crew has been with the Bradley since 2023 then they would have a year's experience. Which is coming into play when they handle the Russian armour now. Sort of like the British yeomanry converting from horses to tanks and pitched in to face the afrika corps in the western desert. 😊
OMG - all those whose lives passed away for Putin's ego ... so sad for their families too. Putin's ego seems to deeply damage anything Russia. Thanks Jonathan and Slava Ukraine! Back to the 1991 borders (but no Russians in Sebastopol)...

Hello team, happy friday to everyone, thank you Jonathan, and btw both president and prime minister of Finland said today that Finland will not send troops to Ukraine in any form, but will help Ukraine in the future in the same way as until now, i.e. with military weapons and financial aid, so speculations regarding Finland on this matter can be left at their own value from now on, because President Alexander Stubb said that this decision does not will change in the future as well, because a) Ukraine has not even asked for troops, but specifically for weapons, and b) Finland's own security situation as a NATO frontline country would not even allow troops to be sent even for those speculated training missions at the moment..

Thanks for the news update JP. Appreciate your dedication. Again, I have to harp on the Bradly and other western equipment showing up more on the loss lists might not be because Ukrainians have gone through their Russian stockpiles. They might have the capacity to field more western equipment now and are using them at a greater effect than the Russian equipment. “You would if you could…” right? So the Ukrainians now can and are fielding more western equipment.
6725 V1 cruise missiles and 3000 V2 ballistic missiles were launched against the UK in WW2, Putin's revenge weapons not as numerous as the Nazi's, it's second rate strategy. It caused no let up by the UK in the war effort.
The S-500 is a Regiment. It has improved RADARs but fires the same 40N6 missiles doing the same damage. Against the ATACMS, it fires a 77N6 missile that works much like the Patriot PAC-2 doing a kinetic intercept.
JP the bardly is moore of a light tank than the AX 10 was when you where pushing that , but i would suggest its a infantry tank a breed of tank that was phased out in WW2 in role if not traditional form.
Hiding under the tank with the dead just like in the movie “fury” With Brad Pitt which is give 8.2/10 with a blend of realism and entertainment… Not just a generic comment to help out Jonathan for all his hard work!!
Pretty mind boggling that we can go on for years with Russia losing an "obviously" unsustainable amount of soldiers and equipment every day. The stories about the impossibly huge stockpiles held by Russia and the threat it posed to Europe were enough to motivate the west to form NATO but watching these insane daily numbers is still hard to believe. As much as I appreciate seeing it all go away I don't think it's sinking in to all of the countries who had to operate with an understanding that a 5,000 tank assault was an actual risk. Not just little countries like Georgia, but even countries like China who 2 years ago couldn't have dreamed of stopping Russia if they had invaded. Now it's literally flipped. Russia still has tons of stuff but, short of nuclear deterrence, they couldn't even slow China down unless they knew when and where the assault was going to happen and then had a couple of weeks to build defenses.
They don’t need to take anyone away from the front to train them on Bradleys. They could take 10,000 new recruits and train them all at once. They could have started this over a year ago, but didn’t. They could make up for their incompetence by starting now.
It is no longer an asset and has moved to the liability column. With Finland, Sweden, and Norway in NATO, the Sulwaki Gap is meaningless. Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have gone from advanced warning buffers to a Russian invasion to frontline barriers to defend. Kaliningrad is merely a rear area thorn to reduce and eliminate.
34:45 - Foreign workers and students, conscripted by force and dying on the front line, might not be an immediate problem for Russia and thus preferable. But in the longer term, it might undermine and strain relations with the countries who have had their citizens killed, further isolating Russia and strengthening an increasingly adverse world opinion. It depends, of course, from which countries they come from - their importance and servitude to Russia. The pressure is mounting, from within and from abroad.

While the s400 has underperformed and alongside the rest of Russias AD is being significantly degraded atm from what I’ve learnt the S3/400s are both not ideal for intercepting either GMLRS or ATACMS however they should have had more success than they have especially on crimea bound missiles. Actually that Bradley was cooked from that engagement which is why you can see it stops shooting and the turret doesn’t turn around as the btr passes it, still it definitely protected its crew and got the kill on the btr whilst taking out a lot of the active meat protection however btr crew also survives
There is a wrong narrative here: Not we need to pay, Russia needs to pay. We are just assisting Ukraine before Russia pays. Like to know the baakee down of Russian artillery left in sock as big numbers keep coming out. What is being counted as artillery? What type of class? It just seems to me that there must be a point where they will run out of artillery. Is there a foecast if the Russians keep loosed them at this rate that they want have any left? Also the losses of trained troops to use them would be a considertion. Please it would be good to hear your thoughts on this in hits and losses as it's mainly wha5 I'm watching at the moment.
The Bradley involved in the head on with the BTR was driven down the road, run into mechanical problems, was abandoned by the crew and subsequently destroyed. On the same video clip, an Abrams tank (wrongly labeled as Leopard as 47th brigade has only Abrams) fired a shot then withdrew into thick vegetation, was claimed to be destroyed but due to the thick vegetation it cannot be confirmed.
SENSIBLE SPENDING/STRATEGY At (31:30), Jonathan starts discussing how he believes that Western countries are becoming more aware that they need to spend money on for example good air defense to prevent certain damage from happening to for example the electricity grid in Ukraine, instead of having to spend a lot more money to repair it. I am of the opinion that Western thinking and action must go much further. The West needs to help Ukraine to destroy ruzzia's CAPACITY TO WAGE WAR both in ruzzia and in Ukraine, otherwise like the Dutch say this is "dweilen met de kraan open". Google the phrase if you want to go Dutch 🤓 If we were at war with ruzzia, we would not be acting like this 😏
I just hope that Ukraine can get some gripen to defend the F16, but with the latest news from the US i think its some time away, the US is great in their support but they dont like competition so..., i belive Sweden will fold on the request for the Americans here 😢, im not sure im right but may gut feeling is that the US has something to do with the pause to deliver gripen
I hope that Ukraine has been focusing on building a secret runway and hangars that's 'off the Russian's radar'. If Steel plates are good enough for an aircraft carrier, why can't they be bolted together in quick fashion in random locations, with automated levellers like on a 3D printer? If random rocks and detritus are an issue for F-16s, why not just take the issue out of the equation without having to clear them away?
Thank you Jonathan for keeping us informed from Romania.

Part of it is that there are no spare Gripens. Any given come from active units.
@@sirsmeal3192 we have some to spend and 14 that could be build in the near future but if the US dont want it the Swedish government will hold back 😢

The inflection point will be when Ukraine disables Russia only S-500.
What is youd take sir on the Russian stock market crash
That will be a whole EXTRA.
