I’m Nina’s age and when I was a child we had records of musicals as our entertainment. I saw the name Leonard Bernstein on the “West side story” record jacket cover probably on a daily basis!! It’s part of my soul!!

also remember as a teenager how excited the west side story music felt. really missed a taste of it in the movie. just briefly mentioned..
