Went to see him perform live in the UK. He was very good but a few members of the crowd were drunk and disrespectful so he cut his set short. A shame for the everybody else. Life lesson of the day: There’s always a minority of idiots who spoil things for everybody else.
Lucky i got to see Police Academy about 3 months before it was released in the UK, Saw it in Elstree's rushes studio by invite of Paul Maslansky. i was on his "Return to Oz" film being shot in the UK & at that time he was one very happy guy. I do believe the Police Academy film had been doing big numbers in the US & had made him very comfortable.
The foot pedal thing kinda killed the magic… I had no idea he used that until the time of writing this comment and I have looked up to that guys skill for years and always wondered why I couldn’t do what he did 😑
That Jimi impression wow!
What song is that
@@kneega6647There is a song called "Rainy day, dream away", but Michael is pretty much improvising here.
Him doing Jimi Hendrix that's actually awesome and amazing
He had to drive those cast members on Police Academy crazy and were actually very extremely amazed on his one man sound effects
40 years later and he still goes strong!Historical and hysterical.
I also remember him in Spaceballs "I lost the bleeps, I lost the sweeps, and I lost the creeps"
We’ve been jammed!!
That’s not all he’s lost.

You know someone like Michael Winslow is one of a kind when the BBC makes a short documentary about him.
Seen Michael play live in Dundalk Ireland, he was absolutely amazing. His Star Wars sketch is hilarious.

Yes, many laughs to that guy back in the days. 😄👍
Hilarious and inspiring Michael Winslow.
Awesome. Takes me back to when I was about 10 years old recording break dance music onto my Aiwa twin cassette recorder off the radio.
Spectacular grasp of beatboxing!
First time I seen him was in a Cheech and Chong movie in 81’ doing Hendrix 👍🏾
How do you mean 'one of the thousand weird looking people"...... He looks just fine!!!!
Very talented sound.
Is he still around? He was very talented
Still alive :)

I so loved the Asian Kung Fu fighting that he did with the dubbed vocal. Lmao!
He is truly the king 👑.
I think he's a great actor in the world.
