Barrister is the greatest and will always be the greatest. Orin ogbon pelu oye Olorun abawa forunke Barrister. Ojoti mobanronu Barrister nimagbo. Ojotinumi bandun Barrister ni magbo.
FANTASTIC... what a sermon from d Lord of Fuji himself. He came, he saw and he conquered. If not for death, he could have retgn for so long, Adieu Alhaji Agba,i personally missed you
And this legend was less than 35 years old when this song was recorded, so thought provoking. Musicians these days even at 45 cannot compose meaningful song. Rest on Baba.
your music is an inspiration to me when i was growing up together with Gen Kollington Ayinla' music, may your soul rest in perfect peace..thanks for the evergreen music and u will be greatly miss. R.I.P
Here is a comment from one of Barristers fan to me " thanks abi i am sad fuji music can never be the same" i actually feel his pain but all i can say is "sorry u lost someone so dear to your heart. He will be greatly missed by his family and his fans

King of Fuji may your soul rest in peace... I wonder why Wasiu Ayinde didn't dedicate any music to grace your funeral service.. I have been searching here and there i couldn't got any music from Wasiu regarding your death or his condolence message....Wasiu Alabi Pasuma has tribute to Ayinde barrister, i want to see such from wasiu Ayinde.
ADIEU.... MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PERFECT PEACE....MR FUJI... THE 1st...THE LEGEND....YOU WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBER...YOUR NAME WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR MEMORY
SAB was a great musician. At the early stage, Kollington Ayinla and SAB music were quite similar. In fact, Kollington started singing like SAB which was the standard way of singing those days. Having listened to Kollington's tribute to Ayinla Omowura, Kollington had started to move Fuji from this kind of style to a faster pace. I think SAB came up with his own kind of danceable. They both deal a great deal for Fuji. While a lot of Fuji musicians wanted to be SAB & some like Kollington wanted to be Kollington & SAB was SAB that set them apart and that's why they remain competitive and provided that rivalry that made Fuji great. Fuji is struggling today bec the current Fuji stars aren't giving the guys necessary respect. My opinion The point here is not to say SAB was left behind this is just to highlight Kollington's undeniable contribution to the fuji genre.
Please, what's the title of the record that has a part where barrister went with Magajiyya to Emir Ado Bayero's Palace in Kano state? He was conferred the title of "Seriki n Waka". Bo ju ba ti'le, oun ni'le e wo Bo ju ba t'aso, oun laso o ya.....
