It depends where you're shopping. I mean, if you're going to places like American Apparel, where the clothing is manufactured in the US, then it's guaranteed to be more expensive. But, if you're looking for cheaper clothing options, try Target, Forever 21; Basically any place where the attire is manufactured by under-aged sweat shop workers. And try thrifting. Hell, I find some of the best things at Goodwill and second hand stores.
Yo can get alot of substantial jewelry for $1 at Glitter in Michigan. Don't forget forever 21 and For love! There are alot of cheap jewelry store on-line also. Ppl just try to keep it on the D.L. ^_^
yes :) but its often hard to find! of course not impossible but i think that its much harder to find cheap stuff than in asia :)) and yes, quality is more important! but in europe most of the bad quality stuff is expensive too....
