Nice slabs off those rocks, glad they are feeding again. I still don't see that many boats and yakers,
I crack up seeing two to three boats tied up to one column. I am seeing fish hold at 15 to 20 ft in 25 to 30 ft. Not cold enough to driver them down and they are moving frequently. You can catch as many fish along those ledges between the two bridges, they will drive those shad shallow and strolling with 3 to 4 rods will get you limits, just have the right color and size jigs, no minnows required. Even anchor up and deadstick keeping your bait 5 to 10 ft off bottom. Texoma limit is 37, you just have to know which creek and cove they are in. Texoma tactic and RR are like night and day that is why so many people fail at it, you need electronics and flourcarbon line. I see people come with the hi viz line,
they either go home with a couple or skunk while we have two person limit. Not every lake fish the same. Not uncommon deadsticking 5 inch flukes and catcing 2 bl slabs on texoma on deep flats in winter. You down size to 2 inch baits and hammer them then again a 10 lb stripe will eat that bait also.
There is a creek north of you where you have the right electronics and patience you will get them and maybe lucky if you see one person in there. I only know old men who only fish for crappie on Texoma, I can't be telling my fish partners I was going after crappie on those windless days. Texoma hands down has the highest crappie population in North Texas, that is a fact.

Sounds like I might have to make a trip to Texoma real soon. Yea one guy in a boat had live scope and told me they are stack heavy in there especially right off the drop off where i was casting. I got most of mines right when it got right before the drop off and the rocks BOOM fish on... Thanks for the feedback and sharing Texoma info I will go there soon stay blessed.

For that leak get a can of spray foam with the straw. Drill a hole and insert straw and fill with foam. I have a little Pelican Predator two man bass boat and it developed a leak on the back corner due to it being drug on concrete. I tried everything and the spray foam was the only permanent solution.

thanks for that I appreciate it I might try that soon... My buddy used JB Weld on his and it was fix solid no leaks... I will try the JB weld but if it don't work i will for sure remember that spray foam. Appreciate you...

Hi Mr Slab Hunter, I was watching your video and you showed what you were fishing with, but you did not show your catch. I would liked to see your catch. But I been following you for a long time now, but never commented until now. But I love watching your videos. Only thing I don't like is when you throw those nice sides fish back. I'm a Louisiana boy as well and when I were younger we didn't throw fish like that back. But get it you are teaching beginners how to fish. P.S. I'm old school we ate fish for a meal. And I still loved fishing and will go every chance I get. But I enjoy watching your videos.

Thanks for watching. I appreciate the support. I will never keep all the fish. I catch just way too much fish. I don't eat that much fish also. I will try to remember to show the catch sometime at the end of the vids.
