If we consider the size ratio of Skinner's head to ham on original "burning ham" scene, we can see that it's not as big as its often portrayed in edits to fit on a big plate. So the ham of such size would be perfectly fine for Chalmers and Skinner to eat together

This is the most creative version so far, because it breaks the whole idea of steamed hams. Like some kind of alternative universe, where the steamed hams never existed. At the same time it shows in concrete terms how not just change the plan of serving the roast would've turned out.
Only one question still remains unanswered. Why the roast burned in the first place and could this have been avoided?
