HAHA they are by far the weirdest but they're so fun to make!! I add various drums/effects/synths/textures/crackle and create a short blended sound clip. I'll export as a wav file, and re-import and run through a granulizer plugin!

I use Mandelbulb 3D to render out the fractal images, and Adobe After Effects to compile into a video, and edit!
