Sir, thanks for your education. I have assembly everything but when i on it, the buzzer beep once and stop. I don't know it was that 100uF which is in series with it. I need your help sir.
I take it this project is using a piezo disc for audio output? Didn't see any specifics on this. I have a boxed 12v piezo buzzer I will try, if this doesn't work I will switch to a disc. Other items are sort of suggested. Like a 2N2222 or 2N3904. MOSFET could be any of N channel not so specific, I used a IR2807 it's what was on hand. Kind of overkill maybe but if I had a 510 I would have used that instead. When I started this build, I didn't have the correct ceramic caps, so for the 2.7 nfd, I used 2 SMD 2.2nf and soldered them in series, man that was a tough one to do, I broke like 4 of them to get something close to the 2.7nf finally, came out real close, sealed these in hot glue and added pins to make them THD, used a 10nf SMD for other cap. Need to order some G12 4 pin areo plugs for the coil connections now. Waiting for some G16's but those are slated for another project. I like this design for its simplicity and going by the demonstration, it is impressive. I have another DIY detector that is a Russian copy of the old Tesoro Lobo which operates in the 17.5khHz with a 600 hZ resonance almost completed but I thought to take on this design also to see how they compare once finished. Since this one is so much simpler to build and just uses 2 primary adjustments after the inside pot is set and has the power LED and the detection LED instead of a meter which could be designed in also. Not a hard task, just another pot to adjust for desired meter deflection to match with the volume and LED lumen.
I just made this. It works great! The only issuye i am having is the buzzer never fully turns off, when it is properly calibrated there is a veey faint high pitched whine from buzzer. Im guessing some sort of interference on my RX circuit... but was able to find some coins and old metal objects!
After doing the connections I have set VR1 for 90kiloohm and VR2, VR3 at the middle but I the buzzer didn't started and voltage across the buzzer is just 0.20 volts What to do can you please help me I'm doing my pre final year project.
Ran another calculation and got roughly the same, 0.8-1 mH so I think 1 is a pretty good target, of course it all varies with the geometry of the windings
I saw the other video, a 1 mH inductor of 0.436 uF capacitance will resonate at exactly 7.622139 khz. How much current flows during those high moments?
Thank you What is the value of the resonance frequency ? And What do you think if we change the two coils and the two capacitors (100 micro) by the coils and capacitors in your previous project named " DIY sensitive VLF metal detector with smartphone" with 4,74 Khz as reasonance frequency ? Will it work well with larger sensitivity ?
Nije dobro povezivanje N fet tranzistora. Source N fet tranzistora mora biti spojeno sa negativnim polom napajanja. Ovde bi trebalo ubaciti P chanel mosfet
Intelligent engineer, welcome to you. I made the circuit, but it doesn't work. Draws amp and does not work. When adjusting the variable resistors it turns the buzzer on or off..note that Power MOSFET was used IRFZ46
Yesterday I assembled this circuit and got good and satisfied project . I could not find 2.7 nf but I used 3.3nf It's worked . Thanks .

This is very nice. An excellent implementation.
Thanks
Awesome!
Hello i made this circuit.. i used 2n222a transistor and irf840 mosfet.. but it is not working and the buzzer never starts.. can you help me please?
it is okay to use in breadboard?
What type of tranzistor and mosfet do you use?
Cool. Do you have Morse code practice device using arduino with displaying Morse code and alphabets simultaneously for 10 word per minute?
Amazing project 👍👍
Can you show me how you solder the back of the pcb?
Awesome project
Thanks
Hi after 4 coils details? Thank you
You're the best bro thaaaank youu
I might be having a stupid moment but I can't seem to see where to find the circuit diagram ?

Hola.excelente proyecto.. Cuáles son los MOSFET utilizados..?
IRF740

Same problem buzzer didn't start... Did u make any progress?
Does the coils value affect the sensitivity/ depth of field and stability?
I tried it with smaller coils with unsatisfactory results.
Of course, coil values also have an impact, but the mutual placement of the two coils has the most impact
excuse me, if 51 and 2 mega ohm resistors are not on the market. can it be replaced with another resistor with a different value. please help me🙏
The value of the resistors should be at least close to these values (+/- 10%)
Thanks a lot...
Hi..can u tell me the name or number of transistor and the power mosfet that used?
In my case transistor is 2N2222 and Mosfet IRF630 , but you can use any similar component

Are the coils wrapped in insulating tape?
Yes
@@MirkoPavleskiMK what are the individual desired mH values of the coils?
I calculated just about 1-1.1 mH before the shielding, insulating and bending given the values

Yes, you can use 2.2M/0.25W
Sir i made this..circuit is not working and 51ohm capacitor getting warm when conect to battry
@@ravindraindika6357 Probably the mosfet transistor is burnt

Mosfet is Ok, but your must set the coils very precisely. (experimentaly)
