The singer has a tonal quality of a classical singer he is able to bring out the mood of the raaga , may I suggest him that he should take training in Hindustani vocal music, this will make his voice divine and he will be able to infuse soulfulness and divinity in his singning.
He does not need any training prabhu) he is a gifted one with soulful singing. You'll find it if you ever have a chance to listen to his singing live)))
