I really do love that, if this game ever gets updates or DLC to reimplement the cut content it'd be cool if these secret areas were repurposed into entrances to actual levels
Noisette's cafe, and the mansion. You can find noisette's cafe on floor 4 next to R-R-Refreezerator, behind the fan wind on the wall (it is a bit up as always) You can find the mansion on floor 5 in the area with gustavo & brick and where you superjump to WAR and pizzaface, if you climb the left wall it will break the ceiling and youll find it.
Yeah, there were plenty of cut levels. First one was originally the boss for floor 1, a timed race to defeat a cheese dragon while racing through a level that was effectively a remix of everything you encountered in floor 1 (John Gutter, Pizzascape, Ancient Cheese, Bloodsauce Dungeon.) There's actually an official track associated with it titled "Tarragon Pizza" if you wanna take a listen.
this isn't even the start of the unused content! But in the end, most of it got in the game one way or the other, either as a more minor role or in one of these secret rooms.
@callmezeldaonemoartime I mean like someone else pointed out they seem to be rooms representing cut levels like the mansion or holding unused sprites In some DLC these could come back reworked
