Godin Guitars has teamed up with legendary Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson to create a pair of meticulously-crafted signature models. The Godin LERXST Limelight are not only visually stunning instruments, but they pack a sonic punch fit for a guitar god.
Thanks to the custom-designed LERXST pickups, Ebony fingerboards and lightweight, resonant Swamp Ash bodies; these guitars have an expansive tonal palette that spans across genres. The LERXST Limelight guitars boast a slim and fast neck profile and 12” fingerboard radius for easier bending.
The Godin LERXST Limelight guitars are available with a Floyd Rose floating tremolo or a Vega floating tremolo, suiting a wide range of player needs.

Alex Lifeson is probably one of the most underrated lead guitarists in the history of Rock. Awesome share.
THIS!!
Beautiful historic release!
I would have liked to hear clean tones too. You can always add gain, but super hot pickups will always sound compressed.
I want to know how that 3-way toggle works with the three pickups? Also, could this be an opportunity to offer a loaded pickguard for an accessory option for consumers? I see one up on the wall, but it looks like it has a standard 5-way blade switch.
Down position is the bucker, middle position is both singles, and up position is the neck single. Really great sounding and playing guitar - tremendous bite and clarity in the bucker, full body and presence in the singles. As he points out, great sonic balance.
I suppose it does not have any piezo pickups at the bridge.
Why do they still make those huge heels? No upper fret access at all
Tory Slusher is the best guitar player in the world on any guitar she touches.
🇧🇷✌️🕵️♂️🥰
$4k for that…….
About 2k too much IMO
@@calfaro1979 Was it just me or did that sound pretty bland??
Wait, this is 4K??? It sounds like it should be 1200-1500 max
@@feelmytoolor 50 dollars
4000 bucks are they on drugs or what
You will still sound like you. Be real, and buy a 50 dollar strat. A pick up is a pick up is a pick up.
WAY TOO MUCH! Godin makes world-class electric guitars very inexpensively: mine was under $1000 only 10 years ago and it's one of my favourite live guitars. This is just GREED, and a 4-figure commission for Lifeson on every unit. Even though Rush inspired me to play guitar when I was 13, NO THANKS!
