I was just having a unconscious episode from 2 days ago. I was trying, by willpower or something like that, to be spiritual, only finding more unconsciousness and anxiety. Then I decided to watch Eckhart, finding that no effort is needed to be spiritual; no thought, no willpower, nothing. By just being, the nature of everything and you, is known. Thanks

I walk in nature every morning with my dogs. During my walk I observe butterflies 🦋, columns of ants 🐜 going back and forth, etc, I think about them just living in the now. Not worrying about tomorrow etc. Not worried that their life may end at any second by the many threats that surround them. I wonder what it would be like to live in such a way ? We can learn a lot from.nature. as I walk, I take care not to disturb the nature that surrounds me.

On the contrary! The manifestation of you as an individual being on earth is as holy as the deeper self and the stillness, because it evolves from there! Stand for yourself and for freedom !
