I thought the next day cognac might be anti inflammatory on my knee like chugging a red wine bottle and it wasn't. Crazy because they are both grapes though I guess that twenty healthy carbs in the red wine vs the 0 carbs in the cognac is where the medicine is which is much better than Advil because it is a natural blood thinner when chugged?
