I had TMJ for years. The first chiropractor I went to tried to adjust it, but it never helped and it was so painful. I went to a different chiropractor who did a few adjustments over 2 years when it would pop out. It was much less painful and way more effective. Since then haven’t had any problems at all and it had been about 5 years since he last had to fix it. He was the best chiropractor I ever went to and I am so sad he no longer practices!
What do you mean it would pop out? That sounds so painful. Have you tried massaging your mandible muscles along your jaw line? I find it helps immensely.

I've been to multiple chiros and mention my jaw everytime.... Nobody adjusts it... My jaw pops so loud! People can hear it across the room. I'm starting to get pain. I might need to take a road trip 🤣

I have TMJ and crack my own jaw. From experience I know I'm not going to be able to crack my jaw if I don't crack my neck first. Maybe this information will be helpful to somebody.

I will rub my back, shoulders or neck when he is doing that with other people. I think we do it when our bodies are affected by what he is showing.
I'm in desperate need of a chiropractor myself and would love for this guy work me over I live in Southern Missouri and can't afford to drive all the way to South Carolina I choose not to go to a Chiropractor where I live cuz they will just screw u up far worse than u already are

Chiropractic is useless.
It’s really not. I always thought it was a scam and stupid but like a decade ago my mother in law forced me to go. And they found out I had shooting pains in my back a couple of times a day that were so painful they would take my breath away which I thought was just normal as a human and you just lived with it but they adjusted me and since that day I have never had those shooting pains in my back again.
The medical industry is worth billions and billions and they are very money hungry, they do not want people going more natural routes and to chiropractors because they will lose money. So they put out that it’s just stupid hippie nonsense or a scam so the average working class American who trusts the government believes it and steers clear.
I couldn’t walk or sleep for two days straight until a chiropractor fixed me. You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Says who??? It feels amazing and works for awhile!!! Totally not a permanent fix but definitely does help and now a days they won't give you any kind of pain meds for it so any relief is welcomed!!!
