I can only imagine how hard it would be to be an artist at times! Owning a small business today is so hard, I live in a small town and my family owns a small business and it is so hard to compete with corporate. I mimic others when I say that painting behind you is absolutely gorgeous! I envy artists because I don't have an artistic bone in my body other than home decoration, lol.
Also, the fact that you cry for other people just shows you have a huge empathic heart 💕

Great video, Xizhou! I enjoyed your Ted Talk! 😅 My plan is to participate in S&S and Teddy Bees preorders and that’s it for the year. And also, not to buy any loaves.
I think all small businesses have ups and downs. I hope that you see an uptick in business soon! Your work is beautiful!

This is a great time of year to go into a low/no buy. I’m going to work out a plan myself to skip specific pre orders that I might normally buy from.

Great goal Xizhou! I’m planning to be done with buying wax for the year on Oct 25th since this is Knowles preorder. I hope to keep my teddy bee’s preorder smaller.

@@CourtneysScentSociety if I do place a teddy Bee's order I'll be tiny. Maybe a few Soufflés. We will see. Still trying to decide rainbow melts too Uhh 😅😅😅

I have literally spent thousands of dollars on fragrance in the last year and kind of ashamed of it. I used to spend my hard earned money on international travel but since the pandemic I kind of lost that itch.I need to reel it in big time! I hope i can stay strong, too.
@@PICCNINJA I was obsessed with perfumes for a while, well I've always been since high school, but I bought more perfumes in 2021 2022. But it wasn't as out of hand as wax now lol. I feel like the higher price tags of the perfumes kept me sort of in check.
@@XizhousScentStudio It started with bath and body works, then I became obsessed with candles and body care. And now I'm in deep with the wax. 😩. Why am I so obsessed?!!!
