This is an excellent video for it's purposes. Others did not explain how to remove the empty cartridges. That requires specific onscreen directions. You can not just pull them out without damage.

So the proper way to close the scanner unit according to Epson Techical Support is apply a [quick] force but be gentle.

How do I close the lid though? It's stuck in a "hold position" half way and won't move down again...

I am so frustrated right now! 🥵I replaced a new cartage of Cyna and the printer didn't even act like I had put in a new cartridge! The replace ink cartridge is stuck in a loop of replacement mode. New Epson model ink. Not expired. Restarted multiple times... What can I do to get the ink to charge and print?

i have Epson xp-6000 printer, It came with a 202 model cartridge. I bought the 302xl model but it doesn't work.what can I do?

Idk what these naysayers are talking about - my epson works great! And oh yes, they do 'force' you to keep buying ink when empty! Of course! And when your milk container runs out of milk, they 'force' you to keep buying that too! ha ha
Wont let me print in Black and White, because it ran out of Magenta. Are you kidding me?
