    I am so thankful that I found your workouts!!! I love the variety!!! And most important, they are effective, but still fun!!! The half hour ones feel like 15 minutes :)

    Great weights and cardio workout, using lighter weights all the way through the session most certainly gives you the resistance without slowing you down. Thank you.

    👏 Marischa! Great combination of weights and cardio. Keeps the steps up so Fitbit is happy too. Weight sessions are often too static. You've given us the best of both worlds! 😁

    What a difference a pair of light Dumbbells make in bringing up the heart rate! Thanks Marischa! Looking forward to kickboxing on Saturday. Of course, it won't be live for me but it will get done!

    Excellent HIIT combo, great pace and variety. Stay mindful of where your dumbbells are, I managed to get my hand in the way of a swing during grapevine. I am clumsy though :)
