Great video!!! The property i had offer accepted was underpinned due to tree root 7 years ago. Since then structural survey shows no sings of subsidence. But it is so hard to find cheap building insurance for underpinned house and i am worried that i won't be able to sell the property later for potential buyers...because of difficulty with getting insured with higher premium. There are some insurance companies at Money super market site and they will only accept me if the underpinned reason was tree root and it had nothing to do with subsidence before. I don't know if i have to pull it out...it had already enough headache.

I've got a phone call with a home insurance provider tomorrow and my bank have told me to come up with some questions for it, but I haven't got the first clue about what to ask. Any advice?

I think these guys are paid for it . There is nothing about having piece of mind with insurance many of them question so much take ur time and may not pay you
