This was sooo cute Indah! Turning leaves into stickers is such a great idea and the spread turned out so lovely and autumnal 🥰 I preserved some autumn leaves this year too! I used candelila wax for mine and used little pegs to attach them to fairy lights and make a garland, so cozy 🍁
Thank you so much Kia, thank you for including me in this collaboration. I always find a new thing for my journal through the challenge! Ooooh that is smart! I might try that as well! Thank you!
😍 I Love this Spread it’s so beautiful 😍and it’s a great Idea with Leaves I will do it too I have nice colour leaves now in the Autumn time , thank you for this great Idea 🤗😍🤗
I love your journal spread so much! It’s so cozy and autumnal. What a great idea to use tape for the leaves, I can’t wait to try it. I think it will work really well especially with the tiny momiji. I’ll have to wait until late November to start collecting leaves since it still in the 30s and everything is still green in Kyushu!😅
aww thank you so much! I had to google what momiji is and wow the Japanese maple leaves must be so beautiful!!! yes you should try it and i'd suggest to press it first :)
What a beautiful collection, Indah! 🍂 I love sticking a leaf into my journal every year, though I just either glue it down or use a piece of washi. It's so nice to look back at them :) I love your idea to make stickers! I have a ton of flower petals, so I might try your technique!
aww thank you so much!!!! do you have any specific season during the year to stick down the leaves to your journal? Sometimes I really wish that I live in 4 seasons country for this reason, lol
@@Rookiejournal_ I mostly stick in autumn leaves in September or October, and in spring I collect flowers and tree blossoms to press into my journal 🥰 it's really nice!
I put some tacky glue on the front and back of a small one and it still looks good. I’m sure Elmer’s glue would work too. I let it dry and put more on it to your preference.
hey... with this one it is still the same colour and i had one a year ago as well in my other journal and i dont seem to have a problem. Did yours dry when you covered it with tape?
Such a beautiful page, Indah. Love the idea of turning the leaves into stickers too 😊
Thank you so much, Emma
the green petals are beautiful! I've wanted to do this for ages so thank you for reminding me 😂
😂 do it every season is my dream (how i wish to live in 4 seasons country, lol)
That's a beautiful spread and has given me something to try with all my pressed flowers! ❤

Thank you for sharing your tips 🤩
Do the leaves keep their color? I put a leaf in my journal and covered it in tape and it lost the color and is dark.

@@Rookiejournal_ I am wondering if the problem was that it wasn’t dry? I have been trying to figure out easy ways to dry them.
