Beef Roast
Ingredients
1) Beef - 1 kg
2) Salt - to taste
Masala
3) Red chilli - 18 to 20
4) Coriander - 3 tbsp
5) Fennel - ½ tsp
6) Cinnamon - 3 pieces
7) Cloves - 2 to 3
8) Cardamom - 2 to 3
9) Pepper - 1 tsp
10) Turmeric - ¼
For Sauté
11) Coconut slices - ½ to 1 cup
12) Shallots - 1 cup
13) Garlic - ½ cup
14) Ginger - ½ cup
15) Green chilli - 4 to 5
Seasoning
16) Coconut oil/oil - 2 tbsp
17) Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
18) Red chilli - 4 to 5
19) Curry leaves - 4 to 5 twigs
Preparation
1) Fry the ingredients for masala together till crisp and powder.
2) Marinate it with the meat along with salt.
3) Pressure cook after 15 minutes adding no water to 5 to 6 whistles.
4) Temper the ingredients for seasoning adding the meat & boil well to required level.
