15 hours later and it just hit me. The intimacy coordinator ALSO works on Euphoria. I thought they were confusing 'prep' with another drug or something, trying to elude to their 'coolness' or something. As soon as it hit me, cracked up, laughing like a maniac on a cold Saturday morning, while my dog stares at me confused.

i don't know how typical it is to have an 'intimacy co-ordinator' on the snl set but it's really comforting to know that the actor's boundaries are acknowledged and respected
In a little over a 1 week span, Bowen has made out with Sydney Sweeney and Gina Gershon, AND had a romantic song and dance with Ariana Grande. At this point, he's straighter than I can ever hope to be.

Did you ever watch Brooklyn 99? There are a few episodes where there's a gay character who is trying to play it straight and he refers to the heavy breasts. It's hysterical.

It was weird looking for me too. He is such a good actor too, because he goes all in, no hesitation. Like right before he goes in the scene he affirms “I’m going to be the best begrudged freaking iceberg they ever seen, offering considerations and food for thought later, like part of the best meal you ate still stuck in your teeth”, “I’m going to be the best freaking spotted lantern fly with a southern accent any of them ever experienced…”. and he does never disappoint. 😂😊❤
Nope, he never does. One of my favorites is when he played Spectrum in the "Canceling Cable" sketch with Kieran Culkin.

Let’s review a “classic” sketch that came out in the same season
I'm convinced SNL just steals from the internet relentlessly whether they know it or not. This was soon after straight chanse became a meme on smosh. You know those millennial writers are watching UA-cam all the time like the rest of us and the ideas sink in.
I don't think anyone from SNL would deny that the seeds of their sketches all come from the zeitgeist. Just because they used the idea and built on it, does that make it counterfeit? Shoot does it make it unfunny?

All comedy/art gets "stolen" and iterated on. Just think it's funny over the years realizing the writers are clearly in my age bracket and consume similar content by seeing what leaks into their sketches/ideas.
