I cooked with Chef Bocuse acrosss France, Italy and the USA. Cheesecakes are simple....

When they first come out of the oven the middle is supposed to still be a little wobbly, these most definitely weren't. 🤷🏻♀️ They'll probably taste good, but be a bit dry.
