CJ in the registration denotes it originated from Hereford and Worcester, I have a wonderful copy of I spy car numberplate,s from the 1960,s , I still refer to it a lot, it's full of useful information.
You do make us laugh mate...testing testing 😄. Another intersting vid, just shame too far gone again. At least you can use the side panels and roof part and a great day out for the boys anyway.
Yes it was fun, I'm a very lucky man to have the boys to share in my obsession... hopefully it may rub off on them!! 😆 yes all parts will be useful, thanks for watching bud 👍
well done guy's good effort. it does wind me up when people with classic cars van's just let them rott a way shame 3x van's. at least you tried you jake benji.👍
I have no idea!! I know of more that are just being left to rot, some of them with an hours work could be driven home.. such a shame. But that's life I guess 🤷
Hi buddy,on average around 100.000 miles, this van was parked by the owner because he only wanted the number off it! This happens alot here in the 🇬🇧! But fortunately he never got around to moving it on to another vehicle, so happy days! Now I have it!! Cheers for your support buddy 👍john
Yeah be careful where you're treading you could damage a part just under the undergrowth especially close to them or inside them. Getting a nail in your foot in those sort of places wouldn't exactly be anything new either.
Great to see your youngsters are interested in these beautiful vans.
I own a 1955 splity morris miner.

Making some enquires of old dealerships might lead to possession of interesting paperwork, photographs or memorabilia.
Sounds very interesting 🤔
Happy hunting, some of these explorers on UA-cam have some very interesting vehicle finds like "Imstokze"
Oh well, onwards and upwards, the search outs continues👍🙂. Thanks for uploading .
That's it mate... thanks for watching
Still the same when you saw it last.
CJ is an old Hereford registered plate
That was a nice relaxing video 👍
Best wear some long sleeve coat to protect you from cuts and scratches.

Did I hear you say there may be a Chevette on site??
Yes,it was still there but the barn had collapsed on it,and it was t dangerous to let the boys near it,so couldn't get any footage of it, sorry
XCJ was issued in Herefordshire between October 60-February 61
Not far out then, such a shame
Crying shame..why do people do this?!…so many classic vehicles could live on but sadly go down this route
I have no idea!! I know of more that are just being left to rot, some of them with an hours work could be driven home.. such a shame. But that's life I guess 🤷
Agreed!! 55K miles seems pretty low to "park" a vehicle. How many miles did these things go on a "average" Bedford Ca lifespan??
